I don't know if the breakfast at Toyoko Inn is the same at all hotels or if it's different for each hotel, but the "handmade tofu" served here every morning is very delicious. The dishes using vermicelli and basil were also delicious.We are also happy to offer ``night soup.''There are several parking spaces available in front of the hotel and in the monthly parking lot next door, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, I had to check out and return two days later due to work, so I had to take the JR train, so I wanted to leave the car there (of course, I was planning to pay the parking fee). However, when I checked out, it was no longer available, so I decided to find a nearby coin parking lot and leave it there. Unfortunately, there was no space in the nearby coin parking lot, so I had to go to the next town to park my car (tears). But this can't be helped. This kind of flexibility is difficult to find in chain hotels.I think Toyoko Inn has a good reputation for its elevators, and since they are the latest type and move smartly, you can use them without stress and without having to wait too long.Overall, the entire hotel was clean, and the staff's feedback was refreshing, making it a comfortable stay.

The Inn was a very nice place, the staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. The rooms were very nice, they would clean the room every 4 days, breakfast was also very delicious me and my family very much enjoyed it.

I used it on a business trip the other day!It was close to the station, convenient, and the receptionist was kind.This time it was crowded so I was taken to a twin room.I had a relaxing time ☺️ It also resonates quite a bit, soThe view from the window was a road with lots of cars passing by, and I could hear people talking from the hallway. I would like to use it again when I go on a business trip.

The next day, there was an event nearby so I used it alone.I have used Toyoko Inn in various areas, and I had a comfortable stay at this hotel.Since breakfast was included, I was very satisfied with the many delicious dishes I ate buffet-style in the morning.I'm so obsessed with eating that I only take pictures indoors...I also thought that the staff at the front desk were very responsive and multilingual.There are hotels nearby, but I would like to use them again.

Thank you for your help on our family trip.The room was larger than I expected, and although there are residential areas and stations around, it was quiet and very nice.Breakfast was included free of charge and was very good with lots of variety.I would like to use it again for my summer vacation trip.

There are some missing rooms.As far as I know, room 707 and the surrounding area.I can't sleep because the sound of the air conditioner's outdoor unit (probably), which is right near my bedside, keeps making a "cooooooo" noise all night long.Also, the walls are thin so the snoring from the next room can penetrate.If you want to sleep well, earplugs are a must.I am satisfied with the service and location.

Breakfast was very delicious. There aren't many types, but it's enough.Each flavor is good.The people at the front desk and in charge of the breakfast venue were also kind and polite. Breakfast starts at 6:30, and the seats were full, but it's convenient to be able to pack it up and take it home to eat in your room.Beds are hard. I think this is common for Toyoko Inn nationwide. The cleaning was thorough. A system where you only take the amenities you need.There was a humidifier in the room.

I was not using the hotel due to some unfortunate incident in my family, but I made a reservation through Rakuten Travel and when I canceled on the day, I called to confirm. The woman at the reception was very polite and gave me a good impression. And, although it was supposed to be a 100% refund on the day, I was told that I would be responsible for the entire amount and that the refund would be made through Rakuten.To be honest, I had given up on hotel expenses, so I am very grateful for your help.I will definitely use them next time.

I stayed here for the first time in October 2023.The area in front of Misato Station was quiet and comfortable, probably because it is located on the outskirts of Saitama Prefecture.The staff's customer service was excellent, and I was very relieved as I came from Niigata Prefecture.The software and hardware are excellent, and I was impressed by Toyoko Inn.The breakfast menu was a mix of Japanese and Western styles and was very delicious.Becoming a member of Toyoko Inn was the right decision.I would like to visit again sometime.
