The station platform is inside the campsite rather than in front of the station.Access by train is excellent, as you can come from Asakusa and Kitasenju without changing trains. You can use the hot springs as much as you like during your stay, so no matter how much you sweat, it's comfortable and comfortable.Even if you are next to the railroad tracks, there is only about one train per hour, so it is not noisy. However, there are some places where the natural environment is used as a campsite, so there were some places where mowing was not done. Also, there are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby where you can shop, so you need to be careful if you forget something. It's a great campsite where you can enjoy a leisurely camping experience as there's nothing around.

I've been going to this campground for about 5 years now, and it's a great campsite in many ways.It is easily accessible, rarely crowded, the manners of the users are relatively good, the usage fee is reasonable, the toilets and hot springs are clean, the customer service is polite, and I have never felt uncomfortable with the facility while using it.Another great point is that the facilities are being improved little by little each time I visit.I feel that they are very kind and considerate of things from the user's perspective, such as making the outside of the Soba Dojo toilets for women only. The main attraction is the hot springsAlthough the temperature is not high, it is warm and has a wonderful quality that leaves your skin moisturized after soaking in it.I love hot springs and go to many places, but this might be my favorite hot spring. They recently planted cherry blossom saplings, so it's still a long way off, but I'd like to go camping while viewing the cherry blossoms someday. This is a campground that I would like to continue to use for many years to come.

Solo camping on a bike. This time I askedThis is Nakamiyori Onsen Oga no Yu Campsite. As the name suggests, this campsite is operated by a hot spring facility, and is adjacent to Nakamiyori Onsen Station on the Noiwa Railway Aizu Kinugawa Line. You can go there directly from the station closest to your home, but this time I'll go by bike.First, skip the highway and go to Yaita. And then I go shopping. The biggest drawback of the ``Nakamiyori Onsen Oga no Yu Campground'' that we will be using this time is that there are no shops nearby where you can buy it. Probably the closest supermarket is "Kinugawa Onsen" on the south side, about 25 km away. The north side is 30 km near Aizu-Tajima Station. There don't seem to be any large supermarkets in the "Shiobara Onsen Town" on the east side, so if you want to buy something, it's near Nishinasuno Station, which is about 35km away.A little inconvenient. You can't even buy alcohol near the campsite. (Although they are sold at the shop in Oga's hot springs)Well, anyway, I finished shopping for the things I needed and headed to my destination, Nakamiyori Onsen Station.Reception is at "Oga no Yu".Campsite sites are scattered around the station. As a "tetsu" person, I was happy to see the trains from most of the sites, so I could have chosen any site.Check-in started at 1:00 p.m., and I arrived at 2:30 p.m., but the sites were pretty full. It's a camping boom after all.The A site I chose was recommended for solo travelers, so I was able to spend a quiet time there. After setting up the tent, I took a bath. It's not very big, but the number of people in the room was limited, so I was able to relax and soak in the hot water. After drinking beer, I decided to relax until dark, but it turned out to be much colder than I expected. My breath was white, and even with the stove heater on and my spare sleeping bag over me, I was cold and shivering a little. At night, the sky is full of stars. And the trains coming and going.I took another bath before going to bed to warm myself up, but it was colder than I expected during the night, which was my biggest failure this time. The next morning, we were shrouded in fog, but as the sun came out, we could clearly see the surrounding autumn leaves. It seems like it's the best time to see the leaves, and the back mountain is in full bloom. The next morning, while everyone else was getting ready to go home, I went to take another bath.Guests are basically allowed to enter the hot springs as much as they like. There is no additional charge. This is the biggest advantage of this campsite.I'm sorry to leave you behind, but it's time to go home.

Sunday, March 5, 2023When I went there, it was temporarily closed. The owner was nearby, so I asked him about it, and he said it was on winter vacation. It was a shame(>_<)They said they were scheduled to start operating from March 18, 2023, but that's the plan, so please call to confirm.

You can reach it on the Tobu Line, and it's easily accessible from Route 121, so you can easily stop by while driving by train or car, but it's a bit of a pain that it's closed on weekdays. However, it is convenient because you can easily go outdoors and camp with camping equipment and bungalows, and access is excellent.
