Hirayama Onsen Ryokan Yamato, limited to 5 groups per dayAll rooms are separate and have private open-air baths.A completely private sauna called Musoan is also popular. It was originally a tofu shop, but due to various opportunities, the business changed to an inn. After overcoming the Kumamoto Earthquake and the coronavirus, we now have only five rooms, where you can receive sophisticated hospitality. Every year, we add new mechanisms and facilities, making it an inn that continues to evolve year after year, like a Japanese-made Sagrada Familia.*Private private sauna Musoan is already listed on the Musoan map.https://maps.app.goo.gl/DDSAYa7dFsdyHie57?g_st=com.google.maps.preview.copyThe room I stayed in this time was a simple room called Jiban. The structure is simple, consisting of the main room, indoor bath, open-air bath, and terrace, but the furniture is very elaborate, making it a comfortable room.Meals are served in a private room in a separate building called Warabi. This is an original Japanese kaiseki meal that uses plenty of seasonal and local ingredients. Their signature hot spring tofu is truly delicious, smooth but with firm edges, rich in flavor but not too strong. It was the best tofu I've ever had. Wasabi is also a fine wasabi from Shizuoka Prefecture that goes well with tofu and sashimi. The menu has a wide range of options, including hot spring tofu, appetizers, fried tofu, sashimi, horse sashimi, cherry blossom shabu-shabu in a soy milk pot, Yamaga beef steak, and desserts include chocolate, warabi mochi, and puff pastry ice cream.I couldn't finish all of the rice and pickles, so I had to make them into rice balls for a midnight snack. The conversation with the mother is really friendly and fun, and she treats me with a perfect sense of distance, as if I were talking to my best friend's mother. Dinner time was truly blissful, as the customer service was not just superficial conversation, but had a genuine focus on customer service. We had some small troubles along the way, but we've already established a relationship of trust, so even troubles are a fun part of the attraction.Breakfast also has a wide variety of luxurious ingredients, so if you burn off some calories in the open-air bath in your room, you'll be sure to enjoy it.I was impressed to hear the hostess smiling and saying how happy and enjoyable she was to be able to interact closely with the guests as the number of guest rooms was reduced compared to before.True to his words, we were able to stay in a wonderful space and spend time at Yamato-san, which was really great. This is a top notch inn that I would definitely like to visit again if I have the chance.Thank you very much!#hot spring#ryokan#Private sauna#Yamato#Tofu#away#Kaiseki cuisine#Hirayama Onsen#hospitality#Sagrada Familia

Before staying, they check the phone very quickly and I don't feel like having a conversation. I paid about 150,000 yen, but the service is poor, so 1 star.

It was a very good inn. The price is also reasonable. I thought it was a little too expensive, but I was satisfied. I was very disappointed when I saw the billing statement and the receipt from the supermarket at the very end.I was surprised and disappointed at the same time. Even though I stayed at a high-class inn and had a luxurious experience, I didn't have many receipts. Nowadays, even if you are staying at a cheap inn, just put a detailed statement in a sturdy envelope and you are done. Don't you need a way to express your gratitude to the end? I want the sense of luxury to last through to the end. It's not a cheap payment at all.

This is a disappointing service. The glass in the room was cracked, the previous guest's half-drunk canned coffee was left behind, and when I told the hotel staff about it, they just laughed at me, and the response was sloppy. There is no farewell on the way home. The room is located in a detached building.

It was the best inn I've ever stayed at. I look forward to hearing from you again. Of course the hot water is great, but the sauna is also the best. The meat in the dish was more tender than any other meat I've ever eaten. However, there was one thing that bothered me a little. One thing that struck me as strange was that the telephone receiver in the room was floating for some reason...I would like you to refrain from talking about anything that would delve into your personal life. I think some people don't want to talk too much about their job or department. Please avoid topics that include personal information or similar information. That was the only disappointing part.

I took my daughter there late last year for her birthday, and it was a perfect place. The quiet separate room had a large open-air bath, which I was able to soak in and relax in over and over again. The wood-fired sauna was so perfect that it really made me laugh, and I definitely want to go back in there again. The food was also very delicious. The landlady was also a very nice person and I would like to meet her again. It was a really good birthday.thank you very much.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation I stopped by during my ryokan tour in Kumamoto and Yufuin. Also, the rice is very delicious. The accommodation is also very private. For reference, the sauna and open-air onsen, which can be visited for 10,000 yen per person, were so good that I couldn't help but laugh. Be sure to experience it once

High quality spring,I also like breakfast and dinner. The room is also good.I've repeated it about 20 times.I don't want to tell you too much and not be able to get a reservation, so I'll keep it in moderation.
