I used the plan for a private hot spring with a day trip meal. The public bath was also available for use. I was able to relax in a very beautiful facility. I would definitely use it again.

In the past, I loved the hot springs because they were well-cleaned and the customer service was good, but recently there is mold on the floor of the changing room, and the staff doesn't say hello every time they respond, which is not good.

I visited after booking a day trip plan that included a private bath and lunch (Hanakagozen). As soon as you enter, take off your shoes at the entrance, put them in a locked shoe cabinet, and change into slippers. There are three private baths: Tatami-no-Yu, Hinoki-no-Yu, and Mikage-no-Yu. This time I took a tatami bath. The quality of the spring water was so smooth that it left my skin moist and moisturized! All of the Hanakagozen meals were delicious and filling. The staff were smiling and very nice, and it healed my mind and body (^^) I will visit again!

I was looking for a day use plan online and made a reservation the other day.After checking in, I was immediately shown to a private bath, and an hour later I was shown to a restaurant for dinner, and it was only when I realized that the lunch plan included a hot spring.The interior was very beautiful and sophisticated, and I had a very pleasant time😃✨For Hirayama Onsen, the hot spring had little sulfur odor, was extremely clear, and the temperature was high enough not to be too hot😁It was a private bath with tatami mats, but the one thing that bothered me a little was that the edges of the indoor bath had tiled edges that hurt my butt when I sat on them, and the corners looked like beaded tiles, so I wish they had been made so that they weren't sharp. That's what I thought😅However, the hot water and food were excellent, so it doesn't affect my rating.It was my first time going to this plan, but I didn't have to rush too much, so I thought I'd plan the flow after that and incorporate it into my date plan 😁

Anyway, the staff's response is too bad (lol) It's not safe.Do they all have part-time jobs? lolAs soon as I arrived, everyone was rubbing my shoulders and there was no greeting.At noon, everyone gathers and chats at the front desk.When it was time to clean up, I quickly got to work, and the front desk was empty for a long time.Even when I rang the intercom, no one came.When I went to call her inside, she said, "Oh, yes," and didn't say a word of sorry. Wait, are you really a part-time worker at a convenience store? lolThe food is delicious, the room is nice, and the water is good, but the staff's service is just too poor. It's too wasteful.

I used it for my stay.It was a little deep in the mountains, so I was worried whether the road was really on the right track or not, but the scenery was really nice, and unfortunately it was raining that day, but on days without clouds, the starry sky would be beautiful.I was impressed by the fact that I wore slippers rather than my own shoes to move around the facility, the facility was clean, and the staff were very thorough in explaining the facility to me.The amount of hot water in the hot spring was so great that as soon as I opened the door, I said, ``Isn't there too much hot water???'' The slightly hot water was very refreshing.However, the temperature of the air conditioner in the room was uneven and sometimes it was higher or lower than the set temperature, which was a little inconvenient.

I used it for a regular drinking party with friends. The service on the phone and at the front desk is also good. The food and hot springs are top notch.The breakfast food was also delicious.This time I even have a friend who wants to bring his wife with him. I was able to enjoy the hot springs slowly. We all know the quality of the hot springs, and the hot springs that make your skin beautiful and have a smooth texture are highly recommended.
