Peco was amazing!!! We had an incredible time and she was a wonderful host. Peco helped us book the private sauna onsen and it was so gorgeous and fun.Can't wait to come back!

I stayed here during a quick one-night visit to Kinosakai and was blown away. This was my first onsen/ryokan experience and Sensui was the perfect place for it. The baths, sauna, and facilities were very clean and orderly, food was excellent, and the staff was extremely polite and attentive. Peco especially was extremely kind, reccomended some great sake during dinner, and was great to have a conversation with. I would highly reccomend Sensui for anyone's first time visiting Kinosaki or a Ryokan in general. Tattoo and solo travel friendly.

The Sensui is a small, very comfortable hotel in the center of Kinosakionsen. The rooms are typically Japanese equipped with everything you need. You can also use a great onsen in the house. What was remarkable, however, was that the entire staff worked lovingly and with great dedication to ensure the guests' stay and that they made you feel at home. The whole thing is rounded off by the excellent food. Highly recommended, just a great place to stay

When I got on the tourist center bus from Kinosaki Onsen Station and got off, I was given directions, so I got there without any hesitation.This inn has a quiet and sophisticated atmosphere. However, since it was on the third floor, I had to go up and down many times to go to the private bath and outdoor bath, and I was tired at the end. I enjoyed my meal while watching the chef prepare the food at the counter. First time I've never eaten it! I was surprised that there were so many. I felt that the impact of breakfast was less impressive than that of the evening. There were two burdock side dishes. (I cooked kinpira and burdock) When I saw the next person in the time zone, it was kinpira, burdock and greens.Oh, what a shame. I was wondering if only the first person in the morning was wearing it, I found out when I checked the counter lol I'm sorry. Since I travel alone, my observational skills are honed. The private bath was great and I was able to enjoy the hot springs by myself.

We had an amazing experience at Sensui. We were greeted with great hospitality. All the staff were very polite and kind. We also loved the cute notes with drawings for us. So sweet!Special thanks to Peco, she was very kind and attentive.The kaiseki dinner was a truly luxurious experience. Incredibly delicious!Two private onsens were so relaxing that we slept like babies.We were served a beautiful breakfast consisting of many small dishes in the morning and it was super delicious.We really enjoyed our stay at Sensui and we hope to come back again!

I stayed here on a commemorative trip before giving birth. I had a lot of trouble choosing a place to stay, but Sensui was the right choice!The service from the staff and the overall atmosphere were so good that I wanted to stay there for one night...The food was really delicious and above all, it was amazing and amazing. I also received some delicious care for maternity. Also, the sauna bath is amazing! I can't go anywhere else (^^) I want to stay the night again ⭐︎

on first visitOn the day of the reservation, one of my companions became unwell even though I arrived close to the hotel. After visiting the hotel once, I headed to the hospital, but it turned out that the treatment would take a long time and I wouldn't be able to make it in time for the dinner I had booked. When I informed them of this over the phone, I was told that they would not be able to accept last-minute cancellations, but as a courtesy, they would accept it.I was looking forward to the trip, but I knew I wouldn't be able to enjoy it if I wasn't feeling well, so I accepted the kindness of the hostel. I was really impressed by the thoughtfulness of the inn, which put the guests first even though they were preparing the food.Although I could only see a little of it, the atmosphere of the inn and the interior of the front desk were very nice. Above all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff for their warm and courteous treatment. I would definitely like to visit again in the near future. I made a reservation because I wanted to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life.I also sympathized with the inn's concept of not having a TV because I wouldn't be able to relax if I had a TV on my trip.After checking in, I was able to relax and read books in the library.As for the meal, we sat at the counter and enjoyed seasonal local vegetables and fish.The staff who came from Taiwan were also very hardworking and made me feel good about them.I would like to stay here again when I want to relax.Next time I want to take a sauna.thank you very much.

It was my first time visiting a hot spring town on my wedding anniversary, and I was able to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and spend a fulfilling time there. All of the staff at the inn were very kind and I could feel their thoughtful attention to detail. In particular, the newly built sauna was large enough for two people to use comfortably and was very comfortable. It was a great memory. I would definitely like to visit again.

The temperature of the new sauna is 90 degrees, which is just the right amount to gently warm up your body, cool off in the 17 degree water bath, and have a smooth flow to the outside bath.I arranged it in the usual way.The room was designed by Yasushi Horibe and had a relaxing and relaxing space.Also, Mr. Iwai's customer service was polite and he told me about things I didn't understand beforehand, so I was able to travel with peace of mind. ❤️

I used it for my girlfriend's birthday trip. The room was sophisticated and very clean, and I was very satisfied.However, there were some things that were even more painful than that, so I would like to write about them.First of all, I was aware that the check-in was from 3pm, but since I had finished sightseeing around 2:30pm, I sat down early to wait in the lobby, but the check-in was from 3pm. , I was asked to leave the building in a strong tone, as my stay in the building would be extended beyond that point.Next, the website says that the new steam bath will open in mid-September, so I decided to call and confirm if I wanted to use it. At that time, I was told that it would be open on the 14th and that I could use it for free, so I decided to make a reservation.However, on the day I was charged an option of 5,500 yen, and I explained that I had heard over the phone that it was free, but I was told straight away that it would not apply unless I made a reservation through the website.I wasn't sure enough myself, but I wish they would have explained it to me in advance. If I look at it now, the wording on the website has indeed added that it is limited to HP reservations.Also, the key to one of the private hot springs I was looking forward to was broken and I couldn't close it, but I was a little disappointed when I was told that I could use it if I didn't care.The letter they left in the guest room also had the name written in the wrong kanji, which made me feel a little sad despite their great hospitality.

The inn is located one block away from the busy main street, so it was very quiet and I was able to soothe my summer fatigue. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality.All the meals were delicious and brought out the flavors of the ingredients themselves.I wanted to stay at an old-fashioned hot spring inn, so I chose a Japanese-style room and spent my time in a calm room. The one problem I had was that the closet didn't open and close smoothly, and I was especially nervous because once I closed the bathroom door, I was trapped inside. That was disappointing.

My husband and I used it.After checking in, the staff from Taiwan carefully explained the inside of the hotel.The facility is small, but it seems like it has been renovated, and the lobby, rooms, bathrooms, and dining area were clean and had a nice atmosphere.The food was delicious and showed the chef's passion.It was an inn that I would like to visit again.
