It's very close to the airport and the service is very good. The hotel will help to call a taxi.

Take the free shuttle bus from Kumamoto Airport to Higo-Otsu Station. From there it was a 20 minute walk along the main road to the hotel. We received a welcome drink and went to our room. The room is new, clean and spacious with a sink ( *¯ ³¯*), it's the best! And best of all, the breakfast was delicious! The restaurant is not large, but there are plenty of handmade side dishes and plenty of selections. The local eggs were delicious. Dago soup and Aso milk are also delicious. Since I had to leave early, I couldn't get another refill, so I decided to get revenge. I'll go eat that breakfast again!

I haven't used it in a while. The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom smelled of mold from the moment I opened the door, and I think the smell was probably coming from the drainage area because the overflow port of the bathtub was full of mold. I bought Kabuki Killer at the drugstore to sterilize it and the smell subsided somewhat. It seems that the cleaning is thorough, so I think it would be a good idea to disinfect from time to time.

Since we were leaving early in the morning, we asked to reserve a taxi to the airport in advance by phone. Thanks to all of you, I was able to secure a reservation without any problems, which was really helpful. The male staff member who answered my questions over the phone was especially nice, but the staff member who showed me where to find hot water at the breakfast venue and the person at the front desk were also kind.I am very satisfied with this price, including the breakfast, welcome drink, and comfort of the room.

I used this hotel on a business trip, and it was a clean, beautiful, and comfortable hotel that I would definitely stay in even if I were to come to Kumamoto for sightseeing with my family. It is also very helpful that check-in is from 12:00.Although it is far from Kumamoto Station and the downtown area and there is no shuttle bus from the airport, I think this is the perfect hotel to use as a base if you plan on renting a car.

It was a little inconvenient because the location could only be accessed from one side of the road. The rooms were clean and we had a comfortable stay. However, the breakfast was disappointing.I guess it can't be helped because it's free, but even though it says breakfast is included, there's hardly any breakfast...It was a three-day weekend, but it was probably fully booked. The tables in the dining room were full and I couldn't sit down. There were also people lined up in the hallway.I don't know if it was good or not, but I didn't have time so I ate it in my room.To begin with, the dining room space feels small compared to the number of guests. The food wasn't replenished, so I didn't have much to eat, so I thought I should have bought bread at a convenience store.During busy periods such as three-day holidays, I felt it would be better to have bento boxes and hand out vouchers etc. at check-in.
