I came here to enjoy the hot springs with a friend who came from Tokyo.Thanks in part to the nice weather, I was impressed by the beautiful mountain range that I could see from my room.The cleaning was thorough, and the staff's customer service was warm and wonderful.The food in general was very delicious, and my friend was particularly impressed with the deliciousness of the rice.The temperature of the open-air bath attached to the room was just right, and I ended up taking it 5 times lol.I would like to visit in winter next time.

The bath in the room had a hot indoor bath and a warm open-air bath, so I was able to spend a relaxing time. There was also a lounge that you could use freely, and it was a place where you could relax outside of your room by reading a book or drinking alcohol.I was also very impressed by how kind and polite all the staff were.

Used as a comfort trip for my mother.It's a short walk from the parking lot to the entrance, but a staff member came out with an umbrella to carry our luggage. (On the way home, he drove the car to the entrance and saw us all off.)Although there are many foreign staff,All of the staff, including the Japanese, provided excellent customer service with the utmost care and warmth.The rooms were clean and the temperature of the hot springs in the guest room was just right.There are plenty of amenities and towels available ◎There were many fun things to do inside the facility, but the one that my mother was surprisingly into was feeding the ducks lol.All the food is delicious and you can enjoy watching it.I was moved to see my mother, who is a picky eater, eat more than me for the first time in decades.It was also nice to have a wide variety of high-quality drinks.I received so much hospitality that I cannot describe it enough.thank you very much!

I was amazed by the quiet countryside and the air was so clear.Friendliness of the staff and full course dinner upon arrival.The kindness and taste of the breakfast is so great.In terms of facilities, there are indoor and outdoor hot spring baths that are sufficient for two couples to enjoy.I really liked itI rode a motorcycle with my wife to the summit of Mt. Aso towards Yufuin, and since it is located on the opposite side, it felt like taking a full tour of Mt. Aso.I was satisfied with everything and the cozy atmosphere.

Used on a family trip after a long time.The indoor bath was cold when I checked in.The children were also looking forward to visiting the inn and hot springs for the first time in a while, and were furious at this unprecedented blunder.If my children weren't there, I would have gone home screaming.Initially, it was said that the cause was unknown.After dinner, I called the manager at the front desk.“The cause is that, though.”This is a mistake...''I suppressed my anger,I asked him what kind of mistake he made.Then,Part-time staff turn on the main valve during cleaning.The explanation was that he probably forgot to close it.I expected it to be a simple human error, but this lame explanation made me furious again.I just made this mistake,Offer discounts or services beyond the contract.I wasn't looking for it.The special time I was looking forward to with my family.I felt very bad there.It has a good reputation online, soI'm the only one with a low reviewAs I wrote itMany customers will continue to come.However, there are people like us.I don't want you to feel bad.The inn should know when and what kind of guests came.You probably don't remember.But the customers will never forget it.On the inn side,I didn't want this mistake to be forgotten.I got a discount so everything went smoothly.I didn't want you to think that.It may be persistent, butI lectured the manager quite a bit.At check-out,It was discounted by about 20,000 yen.It's up to each person whether they think this is appropriate or not.I honestly didn't care.I will never use it again. I visited him twice, in March 2022 and February 2023.When I entered the first room, there was a tea incense burner and it smelled very nice. I went with my 3-year-old child, and there was a dark blue jacket to wear over the kimono.The second time, the tea incense burner was gone, and after changing my child's clothes in the room, I called the front desk to see if they had a coat because it was cold, and they said they didn't have anything like that. Was it there until last year? I thought it was suspicious, but I didn't want to complain about it right then and there because I thought it would ruin the situation.I had a very good impression the first time, and it's a shame that my expectations were too high, but I was even more excited for the second time, so I can't help but feel disappointed that I only got 2 points.I was disappointed that the hospitality was only superficial. I wanted to finish it off as a good memory because I didn't feel it the first time.
