I've been using it for about 20 years. It's stylish, elegant, has natural beauty, delicious food, and I'm soothed by the heartwarming hospitality of the staff. I want to keep coming back to heal my mind and body. I think

First of all, I would like to ask you to correct the contents of the summary. This is a restaurant that proclaims itself ``Auberge'' in French, which means a restaurant with accommodation facilities. Therefore, it seems inappropriate to call it an ``auberge-style pension.''The basis is that this is not a member of the Kumamoto Prefecture Pension Association. However, this is not a member of the Japan Auberge Association. That would be a contradiction, you might say.A possible reason for this is that joining such an organization is expensive. The accommodation fee (1 night and 2 meals) is reasonable. I don't mean it's cheap, but it's a fair price.I think many people will become repeat guests when thinking about staying in the Aso area.Well, I started working here about 10 years ago. On my way from Kumamoto to Oita, the sun was starting to set, so I looked up my guidebook (Mapple) and made a phone call. The room was empty, but since we hadn't made a reservation in advance, we weren't able to have dinner. So, when I was checking out, the owner/chef said, ``Next time you come, I would be happy if you could make a reservation and have dinner with me.''From these words, you can probably tell that this is an auberge where food is the main focus. As a side note, my first encounter with Auberge was not in real life, but during a TV drama. Aibou season 2, episode 3 was set at an auberge.Tetsu Watanabe plays a Michelin inspector who has diabetes. In the work, the expression Michelin was not used, and it was called Eiwar, after the names of the founders, Andre and Edouard (maybe it is also written as Edouard?). The filming location seems to be a hotel in Fujikawaguchiko town (near Lake Motosu). Also, when I looked into the resort mentioned in Mr. Kamiya's comment, I found out that this is a contracted resort with the Saga Prefecture Trucking Association as a special resort facility. When employees of businesses that are members of this association stay overnight, they receive a subsidy of 2,000 yen per night.Nowadays, I can't live the same vagabond life that I used to, so it seems difficult to go to Aso for fun.I posted this to express my gratitude for what happened 10 years ago. Thank you very much for your help during this time.(Additional note) Regarding the opening part, I would like to ask you to add a category. If you could set up an auberge inside the restaurant, it would be possible to change from the current hotel or B&B. Please consider this.
