The food and cost performance are good. There is a shortage of manpower.

I only used it for a day trip, but the lunch service was good and fulfilling. The shower room and bath are small and inconvenient. There are no partitions installed to prevent coronavirus infection.

Since we were the only customers, we were able to relax. The hot spring water was hot and felt good. However, it seemed like there was a trick to adjusting the hot water in the shower, so it was difficult. It's a rinse-in shampoo, so women might want to bring their own treatment with them. There was a hair dryer, but the wind power was weak, so I think it would be better to bring something you are used to using. The dishes included crab, sashimi, grilled fish, boiled filefish, fried flounder, and fish dishes. It said that pickles and fruits would be served, but they didn't come out.We had breakfast at Drive-In Akashi across the road.

I made a reservation for accommodation through Rakuten Travel.I became unavailable 5 days ago,Canceled. However, on the date and time I planned to stay,On the phone from a woman,"You haven't come yet?" he asked.Even though I said that I had processed the cancellation through Rakuten Travel,"If you don't process the cancellation, we won't have to pay extra fees.I want you to make sure it's taken care of by the end of today."When I contacted Rakuten Travel by phone, they said,I was able to process the cancellation.(Actually, the person at the Rakuten Travel counter told me that the hotel doesn't charge extra fees for such things.)When I called the hotel again,The woman who called me was taking a bath, soI'll call back later. The hotel contacted me again,When I informed them that the cancellation was processed,I was just told, "Okay, I'll check."After that, there was no apology or anything.I have never stayed there, butI will never stay there again!

It was the worst ever. The reservation details were completely different and the food was terrible. When I inquired about it, they told me, ``Either you didn't ask me or it was a misunderstanding.'' No apology either. Unable to communicate. There were cockroaches, the room was covered in dust, and when I got home I found myself bitten by ticks in many places. The whole thing smells musty and is unsanitary. I was surprised at how dirty it was everywhere. I was surprised that I was charged this much for such a bad meal at an accommodation in Fukui. Even after I returned home, my allergies didn't stop for a while, so it was a hell of a trip. I'm very disappointed. It was the first time I felt that money and time were such a waste. It's dirty anyway. I really felt like the store owner was trying to extort money. It was an expensive, dirty, and disgusting place. I don't want to go there or see it again.

There are cockroaches. The temperature of the hot spring is lukewarm. The room is full of stains. The shoji is torn. I don't have much food. Unpalatable. I ordered a funamori, but I was turned away because I didn't listen. You need to provide your own futon. No toilet in the room. The toilet smells. I was charged a higher price than what I was told on the phone. Everything really sucks. This price is 10,800 yen for adults for 2 days and 1 night. That's ridiculous. Even one star is a waste.
