Although it is old, the staff are courteous.I think this is a necessary and sufficient facility. The bathroom is also nice and simple.

The rice was cold and not tasty at all, just like it would be served at home. It didn't feel like a hotel. The staff is not very responsive, the food is not tasty, it's not yakiniku at all, and it's not a menu that kids will like.

It was a very old hotel. It smelled a little musty. The rice is normal. It's not bad, but it's not delicious either.

The service at the hotel was very good ☀️ I was disappointed that I couldn't take a bath in the open-air hot spring, but the water was very hot and comfortable. I want to go again.

I stayed on a weekday. It was a fairly old hotel. As for the bath, Shirasagi-yu is recommended.Breakfast was a bare minimum buffet.Although it is comparable to a certain low-cost chain restaurant, there is no restaurant inside the building and there are only a few izakayas nearby, so if you are bringing children with you, we recommend that you have dinner at Doco before checking in.

This time, I stayed with my family as a typhoon evacuation site. Being a local, I had passed by the building many times before, but this was my first time staying there. My impressions were that it was a wonderful and heartwarming inn. Even though it was a difficult day due to the typhoon, everyone from the male staff at the front desk, to the female staff, and the staff at the restaurant welcomed me warmly, which made me very happy.Dinner and breakfast were both wonderful, both of which were very delicious, and even though we had to evacuate, we had a wonderful time. The food was so delicious! !Actually, this was the place where my parents got married, so I was very happy to be able to share my memories with them at this place.I had a great time with my family, reminiscing about those days.We will continue to support Hotel Shirasagi, which is warm in Tamana and has excellent food!I hope it continues forever! The accommodation fee also includes delicious food! ? The price was so reasonable that I thought it was a good deal.Although it is nearby, I would like to use it again for day trips and hot springs.

In the old building, the water pressure in the showers is weak and the water temperature does not rise easily.Cleaning was thorough.

The room was very small and the mattress was very thin, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The room was decorated like an old folk house that hadn't been maintained, with torn shoji screens, toilets that weren't cleaned, water in the electric kettle, and tatami mats that were worn out and dirty. Anyway, there were so many bad points to mention.I knew I couldn't choose a room, but I didn't expect to be assigned a room this bad.The large public bath also felt more like a public bath than a hot spring, and I didn't feel the atmosphere. However, the staff's response was comparable to that of a regular hotel, so it wasn't bad. Please be careful when booking a hotel here.
