In the afternoon, we drove East into mountains to reach Kuzuryu to stay in a lodge there. We got there in the evening without any reservation other than a stay. We knew there was a soba noodle restaurant nearby.  …

Spring is in full swing. . . . It was supposed to be during this period, but perhaps because of the continuous cold days in March, the timing was right after the snow melted. The location was in the mountains, about 20 minutes by car from downtown Ono, and the cherry blossoms hadn't bloomed yet, there was still snow around the hotel, and the scenery felt a bit lonely, perhaps because it was winter. The room I was shown to was a spacious Western-style room, and although I had hoped for a Japanese-style room, I was glad that I was able to relax. As for dinner. . . . The main hotpot was pork shabu, but I wanted to eat something local. The maitake mushroom chirashi sushi wasn't that appealing either, and I thought it would have been better if it had been served with takikomi rice.Other than that, it was quiet considering there were several groups of three generations with young children staying there, and we enjoyed both the baths in the building and the hot spring facility next door. The quality of the spring water was good, which relieved my fatigue and allowed me to sleep soundly at night. Overall, I really enjoyed it.

A hotel located on the way to Lake Kuzuryu. (About 5 minutes from the roadside station)There had been heavy snow three days before, so I was worried about the roads, but the snow had been removed well so I didn't have to worry about anything.Arrived in the cold evening.I was glad that they immediately served me a warm welcome drink ☕️ in front of a warm wood stove. The room was very warm and had just been renovated, so it was nice and clean.Unfortunately, there were no maps or explanations of the hotel's facilities in the room, so I had to ask a lot of questions. For dinner, I ordered Arashima Gozen. The dishes using Kuzuryu mushrooms, whitebait rice cooked in a pot (the whitebait was huge!), and tempura (the shrimp were huge) were very delicious. They use good ingredients and I could feel the chef's commitment! However, perhaps due to a lack of staff, the hall was kept at a minimum number of people, so drinks etc. were a little slow to come out...?For the bath, there is a hot spring facility called Heisei no Yu ♨️ on the premises, which I used. This facility also has a sauna, and it felt really good after drinking alcohol. (I know it's dangerous)The quality of the hot water was also very good. Also, the water quality test records that have been talked about in the news recently? It was firmly attached so I felt safe. It's about 50 meters from the hotel to Flair, so in the middle of winter you have to walk in the cold, so the problem is that your warm body gets cold...Flair also has a large public bath, so I used it in the morning. The smell of the cypress bath is very fragrant, and the large glass provides a panoramic view of the snowy mountains. It was so great!Since it was first thing in the morning when no one was around, I was able to take a photo and will post it.It was a hotel that I was very satisfied with in terms of overall evaluation, so I would definitely use it again if I have the opportunity.

I made a reservation with an accommodation package that includes a lift ticket to Izumi Ski Resort. The rooms were clean and the food was delicious and filling. Best of all, the quality of the hot spring water was good and the slippery feeling was perfect, making it a trip that the whole family was satisfied with. The road down from Shiratori IC seemed far away, but it looks like there will be an expressway connection in two years, so it will be easier to get there. Unfortunately, I didn't know that pets were allowed in the cottage, so I left them there this time, but next time I definitely want to stay with my pet. If there's no snow, you can dine on the terrace with your pet.

I used it on a snowboarding trip. This is the first New Year's Day after the renovation, so the facility is very clean. The quality of the hot springs is said to be good for the skin and beautifying in other places, and my dry skin has still subsided after two and a half days.It would be harsh to ask for everything due to personnel constraints, but for my family it was all we needed and I thought everyone was doing their best to provide warm hospitality. There are free stylish yukata, toothbrushes for children, jinbei for infants, etc., so if you are a three-generation family with children, I think you can make memories with 5 stars.

The room is a 10 tatami (probably) room with a bath. The bath in the room was not a hot spring, so I did not take a bath. The bath is fed by natural hot spring waterIt might have a little bit of chlorine in it.The temperature is a little high, which is a bit disappointing as I like tepid soup. One night and two mealsIt was reasonable at around 15,000 yen.The food was also delicious for the price. The room is also beautifulThe people staying at the hostel were all very nice. The difficulty isI traveled from a prefecture where it doesn't snow.It was tough without heating in a place where there was snow in the shade (I wonder if the entire building is air conditioned? I couldn't use the heater in the room)

I went on a family trip. There was a fireplace in the lobby and it was a quiet atmosphere. The response from the employees was also polite and good. The bath also made my skin smooth and very warm. We also went to the hot spring facility next door. The food was made with local ingredients, and I was left feeling full and satisfied.I was able to take my time and it was very nice.

My wife and I drove from Aichi Prefecture to Flair Izumi. After stopping by the Katsuyama Dinosaur Museum, I headed towards the inn, and it was very easy to get to Flair by using National Route 158 from Ono to Shimoyama. When I arrived at the inn, the staff greeted me outside and gave me an easy-to-understand explanation, and the customer service was very good. All the rice was absolutely exquisite. In particular, the Maitake mushroom dengaku and Shirasu kamameshi were very delicious. For the bath, we used the Heisei-no-Yu hot spring located in an annex. The open-air bath had a very open feeling, and since it was snowing, I enjoyed the unusual feeling of snow and hot springs. The room was very spacious, clean and relaxing. However, although there was a heater, the room did not get very warm. Also, the souvenir corner was a little small, so I think it would be nice to have a little more space. The parking lot was covered in snow and I couldn't see the white lines, so it was hard to know where to park. This trip was totally satisfying. I thought that I would like to visit in other seasons as well, as I thought that the scenery could be different depending on the season.

I'm a normal office worker in my 40s living in Nagoya. Before my transfer, I was an ordinary person who shopped and ate in Shinbashi, Yurakucho, and Ginza. We used it as a lodging for the Fukui Izumi Ski Resort. The facility was new and clean, probably recently renovated, and the large lobby has a fireplace and plenty of sofas where you can relax and relax. The rooms are also clean. However, perhaps because the original is old, I can hear quite a lot of noise next door. The bath was spacious, had a cypress scent, and had very good spring water that made my skin smooth. It was nice that you could use it even during the night during your stay.Because we were on a ski tour, we had pork shabu for dinner, which was delicious as usual, and the rice was very delicious. There is also a day-trip hot spring just a 1-minute walk away, which guests can use for free.My main focus was skiing, but overall I had no complaints about the accommodation. If I had to say so, I'd say it's best to spend some time relaxing at the inn since there's nothing around.
