On October 7, 24, for the first day in Kumamoto, we rented a car at the airport, had lunch at a beef noodle restaurant called Iwasaki at 11:30, played 18 holes of Aso Highland CC at 12:30, and arrived around 18:00. We had the hotel buffet starting at 18:30, and there was plenty of snow crab and unlimited alcohol, so I drank as much Japanese sake, Namabiru, wine, sake, etc. You can use it for an hour and a half (not an hour.) However, dinner starts at 18:00, so you must. Come quickly. Food is lacking when traveling in groups. The rooms were very nice, and in particular, the unlimited use of the family bath (you don't have to pay extra) was the best in Kumamoto. Surprisingly, the rating was low, but it was the best for me, who went there 10 days ago. I went to four hotels and the hot springs were the best. Breakfast was delicious in Japanese style.

The hotel is very dishonest. When I made the order on Yiyou.com, I chose 2 adults. It said that one child could stay at the same time. The breakfast for the child would be an additional 1,500 yen. When I went to the hotel, it was told that the child (4 years old) would need to add breakfast + dinner. The cost is 5,000 yen (but there is no mention of dinner on the website) and they told me at the beginning that breakfast is 1,500 yen only if I make a reservation online (but there is no child purchase added on the Internet) As for the breakfast section, it was just an explanation of the price increase), but it was not the same price when I came on site. Later, I changed my mind and said that it only had breakfast and added 3,500 yen for dinner, so I charged 5,000 (a 4-year-old child had to pay 5,000 yen more. I was also dumbfounded🙄 ), and when my friend went there last year, the counter clearly said that there is no extra fee for a child. My friend’s child is still 7 years old... He could only say that he didn’t understand the language, so they always insisted on relying on what they said on the spot. Then They don’t care about the instructions on the online platform. Please pay attention when ordering.

Very nice hotel. Buffet breakfast and dinner (small but good). Dinner had an alcohol buffet as well. Private hot springs are available to book for a small fee.

My husband and I went on a trip to Aso for the first time, but it was ruined. I was looking forward to the dinner buffet, but at 5pm, I was suddenly told that a group of 150 Korean guests would be eating from 6pm, so I had to eat after 7pm, so I went there around 7:30pm. When I looked at it, it looked like food scraps. The explanation was that the meals would be replaced, so when I complained, the woman in charge asked me, ``Are you racist?'' So I had no choice but to buy a lunch box at a nearby convenience store and eat it. Even my gentle wife was quite angry.

It was a one-day hot spring rental. The bath inside was lukewarm. It was warm and nice outside. I want to go again.
