I'm not one to pay too much attention to details, but I was surprised that the cleaning was not done at all.Especially the bathroom in the room was horrible. The joints are full of mold. I took a bath with my eyes closed. There seems to be a large public bath so you can also use it.I thought about it, but I thought I would feel even worse if the public bath was in the same condition, so I decided against it. When I come to Kumamoto for business, there's always a restaurant where I eat, so I thought I'd choose a place as close to the downtown area as possible, but if this is the only place I have room, I'll give up on that. No revisit.

Reasonable price considering the good location. The facility is a little old, but there were no guests from a certain country, so it was quiet and relaxing. I think it's fine if you're staying without meals for business purposes. I would like the rental bicycles to be maintained.

We stayed for 2 nights to evacuate as we were expected to be hit by a large typhoon. There were quite a few people in the lobby from early on that day, and I got the impression that most of them were there for evacuation purposes.I gave a star because I thought I would stay here for reasons other than evacuation. The location is good and the parking fee (800 yen per day) and breakfast fee (800 yen) are cheap. The breakfast had a small number of items but was delicious. The building is very old and there is only one elevator. There were comics on the first floor, and you could drink coffee and tea early in the morning. From 9pm, you could eat Ochazuke yourself, but the quantity seemed to run out quickly. There was also a free massage machine in the lobby. It was written that the baths are for men only and the saunas are for one person only. It's nice to be able to stretch your legs, but that's about it. I was disappointed in the heat in the changing room and the lukewarm tea provided. The room was a short stay and there was only smoking, so it smelled pretty bad, but there was an air purifier and I used it for a while and it was manageable. The room is old, but it's fine for just sleeping. You can hear quite a lot of noise from the hallway. Most of the staff are foreigners. But everyone seemed nice.Personally, I don't think it's a good place to stay while sightseeing.

It's the worst! Isn't there discrimination because there are no bathhouses for women? The woman at the front desk didn't speak the language at all and had a bad attitude. The walls were dirty and the room smelled. Everyone please don't come

My friend and I stayed in a twin room for 2 nights on a trip.First of all, I was aware that the building was old, but even apart from that, there were some unsanitary points.・There is a mysterious empty plastic bottle in the closet. When I asked the front desk, they said they probably forgot to clean it. There was an apology, but was that the only response? I wonder if they actually clean it in the first place.・The light near the window does not turn on.・The handle of the refrigerator is sticky. The temperature control knob on the refrigerator came off and could not be adjusted.・I wonder if the ventilation fan in the bathroom is running.・I imagine shampoos and conditioners listed on the website as rental items, but there are very few. There is only one type. Also, even though I stayed there because there was a large public bath, I was told that it was only for men. It seems that women are given an amenity set instead, but only once for a two-night stay. Isn't it unfair to get the same amount?I'm sure the staff are doing their best, but the guidance differs depending on the person. When I asked the front desk if I wanted to use the ice maker, I was informed that there was no ice maker and that I could get one if I asked at the front desk, and at that point I confirmed that there was no need to bring anything in particular. When I went to the front desk the next morning, I was asked to bring a container. I ended up going back and forth between my room and the front desk twice. Furthermore, the next morning, when I went to the front desk with my container (my bottle), I was told that the ice was too big to fit in, so they put it in an ice bucket and handed it to me. yeah? Wouldn't it be better if they gave it to me in an ice bucket from the beginning? This is the first hotel I thought I would never use again.

I called in advance to see if there was a public bath (I'm a woman) and was told there was, so I went there and was told that there was only one for men.For some reason, at check-in, I was charged the price for 4 people even though there were 2 of us.Since the front desk person is a foreigner, I feel like he doesn't understand Japanese completely.Since it was a sudden overnight stay, there weren't many empty places, so I came here.

It's an old hotel. It's not very pretty, but it feels like it's worth the price.Just sleeping is enough!Breakfast was the same buffet.

The building is old. The sauna is for solo use. It was written that I was asked to change positions within 10 minutes. There were two G's in the changing room of the public bath...I defeated them, but I was wondering why the guests weren't allowed to kill them.Shouldn't the staff come to check on you regularly?Breakfast is wonderful. The horse meat curry alone is worth eating. The coin laundry is in a separate building, so you can't go there wearing clothes inside the building (`・д・)σ MessageI wonder if the staff knows that I don't have to go through the trouble of changing clothes to do the laundry. I'd like to have all my clothes washed, but that doesn't happen.I could include it as one of the options, but the fact that the coin laundry is located in a separate building is definitely a negative point.
