It says there will be a shuttle service, but it was actually cancelled. There was no apology, as it was worse that they didn't realize it because there was no contact.I couldn't enjoy anything due to the worst customer service.

You can enter the nearby hot springs at the hotel guest price. The building is old, but it seems well maintained. The walls are thin so be careful when walking in the hallways.

It was a 5 minute walk to the ski slopes, so I used it for 2 nights and 3 days. I can see the lift in front of me, but I can't go straight to it. You won't be able to reach the slopes unless you go around the road and pass a large resort hotel on the way. It's about a 10 minute walk wearing boots and carrying skis. Lift tickets are purchased at the ticket office inside the resort hotel. The room was comfortable for 3 adults and had a kotatsu and an electric fan heater. Even if you surround the kotatsu with futons, three adults can sleep comfortably. The meals were not elaborate dishes that used plenty of local products, but the dinner on the first day was fried chicken, and the second day was a hot pot with pork and chicken that was delicious. At the end of the hot pot, I received two eggs and ate them as porridge. Breakfast was mainly grilled shishamo fish, hot spring eggs, grilled seaweed, small side dishes, and miso soup, and the quantity was just right. The bath is not a hot spring, but you can bathe 24 hours a day. For some reason, only the changing room was as cold as outside! ! This is probably the only difficult point. Beer from vending machines and beer ordered with meals were reasonably priced for the mountain. If you request, you can change your clothes after checking out.

Since I suddenly had to go to the dinosaur museum, I didn't have many options. Well, old things can't be helped. The staff are kind and there are no problems. The problem was that the phone number was not registered in the car navigation system and the address on the website was incorrect, so it was difficult to get there by car. The group that stayed there on the same day was very noisy and the door was thin so you could hear it a lot. Since it is cheap, it may be easy for such groups to gather. There were many other families besides us, but I wonder if they will complain?

The accommodation is so reasonably priced that you'll feel at home and not feel like a commercial person.Toilets and baths are shared, and home-cooked meals are available.Since the accommodation is located in the middle of nature, there were lots of insects! There are no convenience stores or restaurants around this facility. It's a very peaceful place.

Dinner starts at 6:30. Local specialties such as firm tofu, handmade soba noodles, and sauce cutlet bowls are not available, but they are homemade and delicious.I can feel the effort being put into keeping warm things warm.Since it is on a toll road (850 yen for regular cars), you will be refunded once per night. There are no toll booths on the return trip. Therefore, it is not suitable for people who go out to Katsuyama city and return to their accommodation many times. The room is Japanese style. The building itself is old, so it feels like a training camp. Suitable for family and friends as it has a loud sound. Not suitable for couples. It may depend on the room, but there is no toilet, but there is a sink. The kotatsu makes me feel good. The bath is like a normal bath, but you can use the large public bath at Tokyu Harvest, which is a 2-minute walk away, at a discounted price. Towels are an extra charge, so bring your own.Is it a family business? The grandmother is very elegant and soothing. The husband, who seems to be his son, is not a talkative person, but he is kind. There is an ashtray in the hallway, but you cannot smoke inside. It doesn't smell like cigarettes, so it's probably something to take with you when you smoke outside. I thought there might be people who were still concerned, such as people with small children.
