I fell victim to an extension scam at our hotel. When I checked the check-out time at the front desk the night before I checked out, I was told that it was possible to check out at any time.I received a phone call while I was out that day and was told, ``If you don't leave immediately, you will be charged for your stay.''I went back and checked out immediately, but was told that there would be an extension fee.I told them about my inquiry the day before, but I was told that there was no evidence because there was no microphone in the surveillance camera at the front desk, and I cried myself to sleep because my car was being held hostage.I don't know if it's a lack of training on the part of the employees, or if it's a scam to increase the customer spend, but they didn't seem to check anything and made me feel uncomfortable. There was no apology or reduction, and the way they explained the charges was in a way that made me feel bad.I'm disappointed because I explained the situation in a calm manner.Confirmation of check-out time, etc. should have been in writing with evidence.Everyone please be careful.

Free hot spring, free ice cream bar and ice pops all day long, free ramen late night and free yogurt drinks in the morning. Unfortunately, I had one night I could hear the snoring through the wall. Another complaint is that I had toilet bidet not up to the task.

I used it in R6.9.It's right in front of the Sakuramachi Bus Terminal, and it's also close to the tram stop, making it easy to access. It's only a few minutes from the arcade, so I don't think it will be a problem unless the weather is too stormy. The hotel itself has the same service as other Dormy Inns.Breakfast was also a delicious meal incorporating local ingredients. The room was quiet and I didn't even notice anyone walking in the hallway. The inbound overseas visitors also had good manners, so I didn't mind this day at all.I had a relaxing time. This is a hotel that I would like to visit again.
