This is station Chika. The building is showing its age, but the interior seems to have been renovated accordingly. The unit bath is old.

Used for the first time as a rental space (conference room), conveniently located in front of Fukui Station.I used it as an interview venue this time, and it was clean, had a good WiFi environment, and was easy to use.The corner lot, which cannot be used as a guest room, is well utilized. This was my first time using them for business, and it was cheaper to contact them directly than to make reservations online.I want to say this out loud.I will also use it when I have my next interview. It seems that there is also a slightly larger rental space.

It's easy to find as it's right in front of the east exit of the station. The west exit is right after passing through the station, making it convenient for shopping and dining. Very satisfied with the location. The facilities are minimal. As a business hotel, there are no complaints. There seemed to be some people staying there for a long time, and there were some rooms with bags from the laundry service hanging on the doorknobs.I wasn't dissatisfied with the hotel's facilities, but there was another group of guests on the floor I was staying at. On the day I arrived, I fell asleep early, probably because I was tired, but then I woke up in the middle of the night. It was around 1:30am. Their loud voices were echoing and could be heard all the way to the room, and the sound of them opening and closing the door sloppily echoed through the room. One of the groups was probably staying in the next room, and I could hear them talking loudly through the wall for a while. The walls seemed to be quite thin, as I could hear them even when they were talking normally.I was so anxious that I couldn't sleep, and the last time I looked at the clock it was 2:30. Until that time, relatively loud noises had been echoing.I'm not dissatisfied with the hotel itself. It's just that a group of guests on the same floor were at fault. However, the thinness of the walls may be a negative.

No greeting from the female employee at the front desk of the hotel. In the middle of the night, the noise from the guests in the next room was so loud that I couldn't sleep at all (thumping noises and unpleasant panting sounds). It was so loud that I could hear it even with earplugs in.The noise was so annoying that I wanted to call the police.

I can hear the rumbling next door. Also, there is a gap under the entrance door so you can hear sounds from the hallway.Breakfast is also not cost effective and not good. Well, it was a miracle that it was empty at the time, but that's the way it is.

The staff gave a good impression, but the soundproofing performance of the room was quite poor. Whether you can get a good night's sleep depends on your luck.In addition, there are few elevators. It's understandable that they don't allow people to use the stairs for security reasons, but the elevator hall where they wait for passengers to arrive is as hot as a sauna, making it quite stressful.I think the cost performance is low.

It looks like a business hotel, but it was very clean, so you can enjoy it even if it's not a ryokan, and it's very convenient.
