I visited him for the first time in four and a half years.I was looking forward to hearing the temple bell ringing at 6 o'clock in the morning outside, but unfortunately I could only hear one. Is it due to water damage?I'm glad to hear that it has recovered from the flood damage.I stayed there two and a half years ago. I woke up early and took a morning bath in the open air along the Kuma River. Then, I could hear the sounds of the morning temple bells coming from temples all over the place at different times. I thought Hitoyoshi was a nice town.I will definitely visit again.

Too bad the view is on the opposite side💦💦The bathroom is big but the bedroom is too small...The staff was kind and I was glad that the car was parked right in front of me 👍

The view of the Kuma River from the large window of the room was amazing. The layout of the room was more normal than the photo on the website. However, the food was served in a private room and the quality of the food was excellent. The service where you can compare shochu drinks in a modern and quiet salon is also wonderful. Unfortunately, there was black trash in one of the open-air baths. I couldn't put it in because I was worried that there were a lot of things floating around.I had a good impression that the foreign employees were more diligent and polite than the Japanese employees.

There is a small garden in front of the open-air bath overlooking the Kuma River, and there are plants planted there, but there are spider webs, underbrush growing freely, and it is not maintained and it spoils the scenery. Masu. Also, the amount of hot water in the open-air bath in the large public bath is small. The reservation bonus on the official website says that you can check out at 11am, but you will not be informed unless you request it.I asked the reception to borrow an umbrella or get additional towels, but the reception was cold and provided only minimal support.Although the price was comparable to that of a high-end inn, the services included things like public bath maintenance and customer service training that are not available at high-end hotels and inns. It's a shame because the food and the customer service at the restaurant were good.

Beautiful and calm hotelKukamachi, Hitoyoshi CityThis hotel is located in what is thought to be the center of Hitoyoshi. The view from the window is also nice. The rooms are clean and the food is delicious. The quality of the hot spring water was the type that made my skin smooth and smooth. The location is great, with Chocozap nearby and a famous eel restaurant nearby.Although the surrounding area suffered from flood damage, new shops have opened and I feel that recovery is progressing. There were many people at the hotel from other countries, so it was sometimes difficult to communicate our intentions, but the customer service was very polite.
