Auberge (previously called a pension) with delicious foodTrue to its reputation, all of the dishes were delicious to the tongue and the eyes, and the main dishes, red beef and boar fillet, were especially delicious.The ingredients change with the seasons, so venison is recommended in the summer.It's a mountain hut, so there's no TV, so you can relax in nature.

Please visit even if you are not staying there.Highly recommended!!!The smell of firewood lingering in the hall while preparing dinner is impressive.The quality of service provided by the owner and his wife is exceptional, and the impression is very good.Each and every dish is so delicious and it’s also a great pleasure to look at it.For dessert, I ordered coffee.The scent doesn't seem to be like regular coffee beans. It was truly a perfect dinner.

This is an inn where I often stay 😊I visit Minamiaso every time with this as my destination 🚙Not only can you be healed by nature, but the food is the best...💗Not only is it delicious to eat, but it's also delicious to the eyes...There is a bath in the pension, but you can also get a ticket to the village public bath (hot spring), which is a few minutes away by car.The owners are a friendly couple who will kindly tell you about nearby tourist spots and nice shops.

The food and the owner's personality are both wonderful. The bath is a regular bathtub, so I used the nearby Koyama Ryokan, but the hot spring here was also very pleasant.

A place to go to enjoy the chef's special dishes. Dishes that focus on the fruits of the mountains, especially vegetables, displays that use rocks and other objects as plates or depict various colors and scenery on plates, and performances of grilling meat in a hearth will delight not only the palate but all five senses. You're guaranteed to have a great time with this ingenuity.

You can feel the attention to detail in everything from the food to the rooms.The meal started with appetizers, all of which were dishes I had never tried before, and were a delight for both my eyes and my tongue.The room was a twin room, but the bedroom, living room, and washroom space were each designed with ample space, and the interior and furniture were unified to create a calm atmosphere.It was adults only so I had a relaxing time. Anyway, I was able to relax and relax in the quiet nature.If I ever go to Aso again, I would definitely like to visit.

A mountain hut auberge located in the wonderful nature of Aso.An auberge is a restaurant with lodging facilities located in the suburbs or in the countryside.There are two communal baths, but since we came all the way to Aso, we decided to take an open-air bath at a hot spring on the way.When we arrived at the inn, we were greeted with a wonderful view of the combination of dead leaves and mountain huts. Looks great on Instagram.The wife who runs the inn and the husband who is the chef are both friendly and warm.In particular, the food is exceptional! It looks good and tastes good, and you can enjoy the mountain's bounty with elaborate designs.It's a mountain hut, so it's not luxurious, but every inch of the room is tasteful and you'll have a great time.It seems that the dishes change with the seasons, so I would definitely like to come back when the seasons change.

I used it on an adult parent-daughter trip with my mother.There was no TV or clock, and although it was simple, the lights and the layout of the room were cute. Best of all, the food is amazing! ︎Even my mother, who doesn't like meat, ate everything, including the game dishes. The fish flesh was so fluffy that when I asked how it was cooked, I was told that it was steamed, but it didn't become watery and the flesh retained as much moisture and flavor as possible. Fresh vegetables and a wide variety of cooking methodsThe curry had an addictive flavor, and the new rice was so delicious that I had to get a second helping even though I was full. lolFor breakfast, my mother is a coffee fan and I am a tea fan, and since Aso means milk, the ASO milk was also delicious.It's simple, but it's hard to fool, and I really fell in love with their cooking skills and sense, as well as their hospitality, which was subtle but kind.After checking out, I was about to take a photo of my mother with the pension in the background, but she came out to see me off and asked if I could take two shots with her. A word withThanks to that, I was able to take a two-shot photo with my mother for the first time in over ten years.It was a really nice pension.

This is an inn I've always wanted to go to. I would even go to Aso just to go here.The dishes made with carefully selected ingredients are even more delicious when cooked by the host, and the owner and his wife are friendly and talk to you, making it a very relaxing and relaxing time.Sophisticated resort hotels are nice, but warm accommodations like this one will soothe your soul.I will definitely go again ❗️

It used to be a valuable place full of hospitality where even people with infants and toddlers could enjoy the best food, but after renovations, they were no longer able to accept guests. After the renovation, it seems that many more sophisticated and elaborate dishes are being served, and it is easy to understand that this is a rewarding challenge and a step up for those who are served the food.However, I would like the owners to be aware that there are fans who are crying due to this change in direction. It will be another 10 years until we can go together as a family again (TT)

We had delicious local vegetables, straw-grilled trout, and curry. Breakfast is also great with delicious milk and bacon. Also, the response was great and I felt comfortable.

Dinner was very delicious. I never thought I could get such French food at a pension! I will go again! It would be good if you could have regular beer in addition to local beer! I didn't like Aso's craft beer (lol)

I am very satisfied with the heartfelt hospitality of the owner couple and the wonderful food.The terrace seats were especially wonderful (^^♪This is an inn that I would definitely like to visit again.(For the bath, I used the nearby "Venus". It was nice to be able to relax here as well.)

After smoking the venison, the main stew was melty and out of this world. Breakfast is also the best, with Aso's freshly squeezed milk and homemade bacon. Personally, I feel that it easily surpassed "The World's Best Breakfast Bills."
