It was an inn with excellent customer service. I stayed there for several nights and it was comfortable and fun. If you have a car, you can easily access Tojinbo, Eiheiji, Ichijodani, etc. There was also a bus service to Tojinbo. The bath is a rock bath, which is unique. I was surprised at how spacious it was. There was also a shuttle bus from Awara Onsen Station.

Overall disappointing. The facilities and staff may have been better in the past, but they all look old.I can understand why the prices are high because of the high prices and the holidays, but I couldn't say that the experience was worth the price.I was especially disappointed in the food as I had high expectations. Also, the facilities and services for families with small children cannot be expected. There aren't any cribs or diaper bins in the changing rooms, and although it's not a big deal, I feel like they're not prepared to welcome customers like that.If you have a pond in your garden, it's a good idea to keep it clean. Even if there is nothing to do, staff should not use their smartphones where customers can see them.

I used it as an accommodation for motorcycle touring. This is a real hot spring destination. It was raining so much on the day of my stay, and I really wanted to park my bike somewhere with a roof, so I called to check in early and confirm where I could park. They were very helpful in guiding me to the right place when I arrived. There is a staff member outside who will help you with parking etc. There's a Lawson next door, which was helpful since I was staying overnight without meals. There is also a coin laundry store within a short walk.It felt more like a hot spring inn than I expected, which I personally liked. I was staying in a 6 tatami Japanese style room for one person, but it was just right, not too big or too small. I thought, "There's no air conditioning!" But it's built into the wall? There was a machine, and I didn't really know how to operate it, but when I opened the lid, which was difficult to open, and turned the dial, the air started coming out. It was difficult to understand at first glance. The futon was already laid out when I entered the room, so it wasn't like it was just laid out during a meal. Good. The hot springs are reasonably large, and all baths except for private baths are natural hot springs. I'm sure it will feel good. The Kojin hot spring that I took in the morning was very nice. There is a small shop that also sells souvenirs. Since I couldn't carry more luggage on my bike, I had the items I bought shipped prepaid. There is also a kids corner where you can play with Super Nintendo! The bedrock bath is free, and the staff is courteous. It's best to check in at 3pm and relax here. It would be a waste if you came at night. I want to come here again.

[About rice]For dinner and breakfast, I paid an additional fee and reserved a private room. It was great because I was able to talk without worrying about those around me.I brought in a cake, but I asked them in advance and they said it was okay.[About customer service]The person who took care of us this time was very friendly and nice. Those who don't like the friendly interaction with Mr. Nakai may not like it.I felt like some people were a little blunt. This is a man at the souvenir shop. I thought it might also be horse mackerel.[About Amity]It's normal. There is only one cleanser, face wash, lotion, and milky lotion in the washroom of the large public bath. So, first I took off my makeup in the changing room, washed my face, and then took a bath. However, the cleansing agent was so oily that I was worried that my makeup would be removed. I think it probably fell.It might be better to bring your own.[About equipment]I really liked the variety of chairs in the entrance lobby and in front of the banquet hall.A lot of the free stuff was fun. Table tennis was free and we had the most fun with it.The toilet at Kojin no Yu was Japanese style and difficult to use. You should go to your room and use the toilet first. The futon is fluffy. It was difficult for me, who suffers from back pain. I hope it improves. It may be better not to stay if you have back pain. Maybe you can get a thicker futon if you ask. The futon may be the biggest negative point this time.[About cleaning]Although the place was clean overall, dust had accumulated on the hair dryer in the public bath and on some items in the souvenir corner.

The megalithic bath is great! It would be even better if the bath had an open-air bath! It's convenient that there's a Lawson next door. There was a lot of food for my child, so I think it would be possible to have a pre-selection system so I wouldn't have to leave anything behind. The room was huge!
