The Wi-Fi is also very weak and I can't even watch videos. I connected it to a wired connection to use my computer, but it wouldn't connect, and when I asked the front desk, they gave me an incomprehensible reply, ``The wired connection has been turned off, so I can't use it.'' The response from the front desk staff was also cold. It was a hotel I didn't want to use again.
