Surprisingly vivid colors! We were fully satisfied with the elegantly flavored dinner prepared with luxurious ingredients. It seems that this day was a lucky day. (^^)

Is it cheap, about 7,500 yen for one night and two days with two meals?The husband is a good personThe inn itself is old, so it's very difficult (lol)The food was delicious. 😊Is the location a little difficult to find?Certainly riverside 😁

It's a hotel built in 1975, or rather, it's a business inn.Don't look for comfort in Dongjo.Even if you stay in Shobara, there aren't any good hotels, so you have to be resigned to the countryside, and when you absolutely have to stay overnight, you have to be willing to give up.

I think so. …The mansion is old!! ︎I even want to fix the walls and the toilet door. I brought my own stove for your help during the cold season. It's cold. .But, the food is different from other hotels around here! ️It's delicious, isn't it? Guests who stayed there said it was delicious.That's right.I stayed there for a month for work, but the beer at the store in town was as warm as room temperature, so I guess I'm motivated. I think so too.I thought it was a town that was a relic of a booming era.This inn certainly has an old image, unlike its name, but everyone should stay here. There are many Japanese cuisine restaurants that offer daily food, but the food should be better than average. Hahaha

A dated and slightly worn-out quasi-ryokan style business hotel. It's run by very nice people, but the inn itself is starting to look a little long in the tooth... dim lighting, pokey layout, cracks in the walls, peeling wallpaper, squat toilets, room doors that could be kicked-in by a gradeschooler... this place is stuck in a 1970's time warp, it seems.Still, it was reasonably cheap (4500 yen w/o meals) and in the right place (at least for me), so I risked it, and ended up having a good experience, but it's not what most people think of when they think of staying in the Japanese countryside.A convenience store and a small department store is ~800 meters away.
