I spent 4 awesome days in this hostel! There was barely anyone there and I felt like I was temporarily part of the family. The managers love to chat and showed me around their region by taking me to local shops and tasting some local delicacies. I could really feel the concept of "slow life" and quiet relaxation while staying at Namakemono. I would definitely come back next time!

Thank you for staying with us for 2 nights in August 2024. The large living room is very comfortable! It was a beautiful and comfortable guest house. I was also able to borrow a bicycle and was able to leisurely explore the town of Ono, which is rich in spring water.

I stayed here for 3 nights in the summer.I was able to spend a lot of time relaxing in a very nice space. The master was also a very kind and nice person.Since it is a guest house, the rooms are shared, but the air conditioning is working well and there are curtains on the bunk beds, so you can maintain a minimum level of privacy. The communal space on the first floor is spacious and you can forget about time and relax. It can also be used for telework when you are stuck at work.I will stay here again when I go to Fukui.

Larger than a normal capsule hotelHinoki? I don't know what kind of trees there are, but it's great to sleep surrounded by the nice smell of trees all night...as expected from an old folk house! There is no toilet on the second floor, which is a bit inconvenient, but the space inside the room is very comfortable.Breakfast was a 1,200 yen panini set with handmade soup and drink, and I chose berry juice. The berries were very fresh and juicy, and the overall feel was luxurious. It's far from the station, about a 12 minute walk depending on the bus, so be prepared to walk a lot.The warmest guesthouseThe floor level is the upper and lower floors.Breakfast is Noodles, Noodles, and Soft Soup.Fruit juice is self-planted fruitThe dining space is designed to accommodate the first child. The old man is from Kaohsiung.

The host is hospitable and the public space is spacious and comfortable, but the room allocated is very small. The location is a bit remote, so it is recommended to check in before sunset.
