The refrigerator was small and I was dissatisfied with it, but it was comfortable because the toilet, bath, and sink were separate.

A car is a prerequisite for the location. The nearest convenience store is also a difficult distance to walk.It's about a 6-8 minute walk to Joyful (open 24 hours). This is the go-to for overnight plans.The building is relatively new and clean. I like that the bath, toilet, and sink are separated. The room is also quiet. It's also great that there are drink vending machines on each floor.There are 3 coin laundry machines on the 1st floor, separate washing machines and dryers. Washing 200 yen, drying 100 yen/30 minutes. Liquid detergent is available.If you don't have a car, you may need to call a taxi, but by the way, the GO app is out of service area (as of September 2024). Kikuyo Town is within the service area, but Otsu Town is not. The hotel is in Otsu on the town border, and Kikuyo is about 50 steps west, so I think it would be possible to call there.

I stayed there for about a week. I think it was a good hotel.Room: The desk is fairly spacious and is recommended for work. The bed is also spacious, I think it's a double. Lights, outlets, night lights, and other switches are conveniently located at the bedside. The washbasin is exposed between the entrance and the desk, so you can wash your hands as soon as you get home. The bath is separated from the toilet, has a bathtub, and a shower whose temperature can be easily adjusted. It's a type of shower that slides up and down, but the installation is a little tricky.Access: It's not impossible to walk from the station, but it's a little far. If your car is coming from the east, you can easily enter. From the north and south, exit the bypass from the intersection on the south side of the bypass. It says that you have to turn around when accessing Kumamoto IC from the west, but it's difficult, so go through the road next to the railroad crossing at the traffic light in front of you, pass under the north-south road, and go twice to the Seven intersection and the police station intersection. We recommend turning right.Service: New loungewear, bath towels, face towels, and foot towels are placed in your room every day. You can get water every day if you don't leave it out. Normal cleaning is done once every 4 days, but if you contact us by 10pm the day before, they will do a full cleaning. Eco cleaning will not replace the cup, but if you request it with a memo, they will replace it. thank you. There is also a coin laundry, and you can check the usage status on the TV. However, the washing machine was a little smelly and the dryer was dusty. This was the most disappointing part of my stay.

Even though it was cheap, the toilet and bathroom were separate and the room wasn't too small.The staff are also kind.The drawbacks are the lack of variety in the breakfast buffet and the difficulty of entering the parking lot.

The breakfast staff are the worst.I have severe allergies and I informed the hotel in advance.When I headed to the breakfast venue, I saw allergens listed on the food tags, so I was careful, but the tags were taken down at 8:30 even though the restaurant was open until 9:30. I don't know which dish applies to this.The next day, when I headed to the venue (8:45), the tags had already been taken down and the food was all packed up.I had no choice but to ask staff ①, and she said, ``I'm allergic to this and this.'' I did. After that, a different staff member gave me a tag, but I noticed that other dishes also contained ingredients I was allergic to!If I eat it and have anaphylaxis, can I be held responsible?It was very unpleasant to be treated like this even though I had informed them in advance of the hotel being a place where many people come.

There was so much mold in the bathroom and on the door that I immediately regretted staying at this hotel.On top of that, there's even hair on the bathroom floor...It was at a level where I even doubted whether it had been cleaned at all.I decided to stay because of the many high reviews, but I am very disappointed.

It's a fairly cheap business hotel.The toilet and bath were separate, and breakfast was buffet style.There is a convenience store about 10 minutes walk away.The hallway smelled a little like cigarettes.It might have leaked from the smoking room.Overall it's a passing score.

Located about 10-15 minutes by car from Kumamoto Airport.The building may have been renovated, but the exterior, interior, and guest rooms are clean, but the toilets are national.Please note that there are no convenience stores or restaurants in the area, so you will have to walk quite a bit.
