A very convenient hotel in Otohime, near Aso station (2 bus stops away). There are onsen on the facility, which are nice at the end of a long day. For its price and location, it's a very good hotel. Air conditioning works well, the futon are nice, and the room has a TV and table.Shared amenities are clean and washed everyday.Soundproofing is non existent though, make sure to bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

The exterior and the rooms seemed to have been renovated and were clean. I made a reservation with dinner and breakfast included, and both had a large number of dishes and were delicious and filling.

This is the fourth time for Taiwanese to stay here. It was renovated two years ago. The dinner is beef barbecue set and horse meat sashimi which are super delicious. The breakfast is Japanese breakfast + sukiyaki. There is no bathroom in the room but there is a family-style hot spring that you can borrow. It is powerful. recommend. Next to FamilyMart, 25 minutes from Aso Crater

It was an L-shaped space with just a bed and a desk, a single room in the annex. It was a little small, but the wallpaper was stylish and clean, and it was enough for one person to stay. I was a little worried about the noise coming from the second floor, but it was quiet at night so I slept well. The bathroom, toilet, and washroom are shared, so I made sure to check when no one was there. The door to enter and exit the room is a sliding door, but I was careful because it made a rattling noise. They sent me a flyer introducing recommended restaurants if I wanted to go out for dinner, but since I was tired, I decided to make red beef curry that I could eat in my room, and it was even more delicious than I expected. Speaking of greed, I thought it would have been better to use regular tableware and spoons instead of disposable containers. The customer service was pleasant and I was generally satisfied, and I thought it would be okay to use them again.

I passed by the restaurant and was drawn to the food and atmosphere, so I called them on my trip to Kumamoto. Then it turned out that the hotel was fully booked, so I can't help but not be able to stay there, but the way they refused me over the phone was extremely rude, so I won't be staying there again in the future.I think you should appeal to the customer service industry before putting your power into replying to Google reviews.excuse me.

Great memories in Aso. Traditional Japanese-style building with complete equipment. The spacious and comfortable space relieves the fatigue of travel. The hot springs are also very nice. Hot spring reservation registration will be provided when you check in, so you can use it with peace of mind after your meal. Next door is a FamilyMart convenience store, which is very convenient for buying late-night snacks. In addition to the parking lot in front of the entrance, there are many parking spaces inside.

The day before I went to Mt. Aso, I was looking for a place to stay.Family Mart is also right next door. The owner and staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the blankets are soft and great! And you can use the private bath for free, so when you wash up at night and look at the night sky, you can see the stars very well. Next time I come to Japan again, I will stay again!👍

I used it on Aso Touring. It's close to Daikanbo and Kusasenri, and there's a convenience store next door. It's helpful to be able to check out early in the morning.I stayed in the annex, and although the bath wasn't big, I was able to take a bath whenever I wanted, which was convenient.
