There are no complaints about the breakfast or the room.However, there has been no communication from the hotel regarding the damage to the vehicle when parked in the multi-storey parking lot. (The hotel is aware of the property damage and verified on-site)Since personal information and vehicle information are presented separately, wouldn't it make sense to contact them in some way?It's been over a month and still no response.

The attractive feature is that breakfast and dinner meals are included. And it's cheap. It's not luxurious, but I'm impressed by the free offer.I am not very impressed with the customer service of the employees.I thought it couldn't be helped since it was a cheap price.

Great value accommodation optionLocation: It's not far from JR Okayama Station. It takes about 20 minutes to walk. There is a tram stop right at the door. However, the area around the accommodation is basically very quiet. There are FamilyMart and Lasow nearby.Service facilities: There is not much problem overall, but it also includes breakfast, dinner and bathing facilities, which is very cost-effective in terms of added value. It is very suitable for those who are not picky about food.Room: Although it is an early key-in-the-wall type, it basically has a TV/bathtub/hairdryer. There is no WIFI in the room, which is a pity.The price is very cost-effective, and the above problems are not a problem after seeing the bill.

The springs on bed #830 are giving out, so I can't sleep at all. Also, please set the timer to turn on the air conditioner in the summer.It's hot on set, but it's still hot when you get home.And if you can't refill your meal, you don't have to have the service meal, because it comes with rice, so you don't have to pay for the meal😠 .

Although it's cheap, it comes with half board, so it can't be helped, but the room is small. The building is also old. But it's acceptable for solo travellers.Also, I decided to go on a trip about 10 days ago, so I hurriedly looked for a hotel in Jalan. The people staying there were only men.Traveling from Kanto, I saved myself the trouble of researching transportation options, and since I had a lot of luggage, I took a taxi from the station for 1,200 yen.I had to take about 6 to 7 flights of stairs to take the elevator from the hotel entrance or the front desk to my room, which was a bit tiring because I had heavy luggage.The next day, when I was checking out, I asked the front desk how to get to Okayama Station and was advised that the tram comes every 15 minutes. While I was out on the main street waiting for the tram (15 minutes), four buses to Okayama Station came to the bus stop diagonally across from me.I should have taken the bus instead of the tram. I regret not researching it myself the day before. The reason was that when I arrived at Okayama Station, where I wanted to go to Himeji, the train had already left. When I saw the next train, 50 minutes later😭It was a train going from a big station to a big station (Okayama Station to Himeji Station), so I was caught off guard as there were quite a few trains😵I was disappointed😵💧So, if I had come to Okayama Station by bus, I would have been able to catch the train that was leaving.I wish there was information near the front desk about transportation to Okayama Station.

It's so far from the station that it feels like it takes about 30 minutes.The room and bathroom are quite smallWi-Fi doesn't existHowever, there is a cable outlet and you can use wiredDinner was so good that I couldn't believe it was free.There was also a salad bar and drink bar, although the variety was small.Breakfast was also goodI stayed there because I was attracted by the free meals rather than the location and the room, so I was quite satisfied.
