⭐️I went for a drive with my family to commemorate buying a car. When my children were small, we often went camping, but we didn't have the energy to pitch a tent, so we decided to go glamping♪I made a reservation on Jalan without knowing about the activities of the rescue dog.⭐️I visited without reading the reviews written by everyone. I read it on the way there and wondered what it was like. Are you okay? I was quite excited and headed there.⭐️I don't have to worry about the dog's voice (personally, I don't mind animals barking at all, and in the first place, I didn't go home with the staff at night, so I didn't bark), and I'm sure things have improved one by one. I had a feeling that it was.⭐️Using scrap wood pallets, making each item by hand, maybe a shower? is in preparation. I wonder if it will continue to develop. I hope so. I want to go see the dog again and eat some delicious meat♪⭐️Is it mold inside the tent? I thought it would be nice if I could clean it. Is there a better way?⭐️The staff were kind and seemed shy. I apologize for asking so many things.I thought it would be great if all kinds of connections could be made when it comes to rescue dogs.Thank you for your help. I will visit you again.

We went there on a hot summer holiday. Based on my experience of actually staying one night, I don't think I would use it again even if I made a mistake.I'm not the kind of person who criticizes others, and I've never written a review like this, but I had so many questions about this facility that I wanted it to be even a little better. Therefore, I decided to post a review even though I am not used to it.Below is the review. Please note that some expressions may be irrational and unsightly. We were so excited when we were planning to go glamping with old friends who hadn't gotten together in a while. But that didn't last long. As expected, it was before I left. Why do you think that is?I have not been able to get through to phone calls since I made a reservation for my stay. Even if you look at the homepage and try to ask something that you don't understand, there is no way to ask because the phone is not connected. Is there a refrigerator? Can I borrow knives and cutting boards? What type of stove is it listed as available for rent? How much charcoal will you prepare?Since we were thinking of buying our own ingredients, information about what kind of barbecue facilities the facility has is important. However, there is no way to know this. This will make you feel anxious and dampen your excitement.Cooler boxes, ice packs, knives, cutting boards, charcoal...We had no choice but to make all the preparations we could think of ourselves so that we wouldn't be in trouble in the event of an emergency. As a result, the amount of baggage increased significantly, congesting the inside of the car. This is a little off-topic, but all of it ended up being put to good use. I can never praise the selection of equipment at Granchette Okayama enough. Glamping is what we were looking for. That's just camping with pre-built tents. That price setting for camping is nothing short of a rip-off.Let's get back to the topic. We were worried that we couldn't get through on the phone on the way there, so when we arrived at the facility, we asked an employee why the phone wasn't working. Then what came back was``Our phone is currently out of order, so we are currently accepting questions on various SNS.''That's what it was.If so, I think it should be written on the official website. I wonder why they don't post the reason on the official website where the caller is supposed to check it. I don't think it's at the level of being unkind.Even if we make a concession and assume that it is our fault for not checking SNS, do we mean to dismiss those who do not use SNS?Even though their job is to provide a service, I can't feel their sincerity to make their customers happy and their ambition to let more people know about the greatness of their facilities.Unfortunately, I felt this lack of sincerity and ambition many times while using the facility. After checking in, we were given tickets to the hot spring facility that guests can use. One ticket per person. It's not 2 pieces... Of course, if you use one, you can only put it in either the evening or the morning. One of the reasons I chose Grandchette Okayama was that the hot spring facilities available were very attractive, so I was disappointed because I felt like my enjoyment was cut in half.By the way, the name of the hot spring facility is not listed on the official website. We got the information from other travel site pages. What if other sites have more information? Also, the ticket is for the bathing fee (800 yen for adults *price when using), so you will need to prepare your own towel or rent one from the hot spring facility for a fee. I also wanted an explanation. The hot springs were wonderful. However, this is the result of the hot springs working hard to create something good, so it is not included in the evaluation of Grandchette Okayama. After that, we had a barbecue, but there were a lot of questions I had.First, let's talk about the lights. I was given two lanterns at the reception, but these lanterns are freestanding and can only illuminate upwards. Although it can illuminate the side slightly, it is not suitable for checking the doneness of food on the grill.I encountered a situation where I couldn't see the meat even though it was a barbecue. Isn't it supposed to be a barbecue in the evening? But for that, they had flashing lights around the roof of the desk. In other words, does this mean that you are planning to have a barbecue at night, but you do not realize that there is not enough light? The problem can be solved simply by attaching a hook to the roof beam above the stove so that a lantern can be hung, and changing one of the two lanterns to one that can also illuminate the downward direction, so why not do that? Haven't you tried it yourself? I couldn't help but wonder about that.In the end, I placed my smartphone on a beam on the roof and had a barbecue while shining the light from it. It was annoying that I couldn't use my smartphone during that time.Next, let's talk about the roof. It's simply low. There were lights hanging on top of it, so I couldn't help but get in the way. I'm 165cm and felt that way, so I think people over that size would find it more of a nuisance. Tall people may hit their heads on the roof beams.I think you can understand this if you try it at least once or see it while the user is using it, but they may not be aware that it is there in that state.Next is the tent, which is set up on wooden pallets and has a structure that prevents moisture from accumulating. This and the softness of the mattress are almost the only points I appreciate. However, since it is a pallet, the boards and blank areas alternate, making it difficult to walk around.A particular problem was the entrance to the tent, which was also made of pallets, so naturally there were boards and blank spaces alternating, which made it extremely difficult not only when walking, but also when taking off and putting on shoes. In fact, it's just plain dangerous. If you lose your balance when putting on and taking off your shoes, it will be difficult to put your hands on your feet or take care of yourself, which can easily lead to injury. We almost fell down many times.I understand that the bottom of the tent is made of pallets to let moisture escape, but since there is nothing at the entrance, I don't think the environment will change even if a plywood board is installed. I was impressed by the fact that it was not done because it was a precaution that could be easily taken care of.It was also inconvenient that the office only had running water. Since there was water in the office, I thought there might be water near the tent as well. It's a hassle to have to go to the office to rinse out the rice bowls and cutting boards you used.To be clear, walking is not a chore for me.I felt that the problem was that it was difficult and dangerous to walk back and forth on roads that required careful walking. It would be nice if you could easily walk to the water, but the grounds are uneven and difficult to walk on, and the stumps and roots of cut trees are left untouched, so if you don't watch your step carefully, you'll fall. The stairs between the office and the tent were so tall and narrow that one had to be careful not only when climbing but also when descending. It's even more dangerous at night, and although there are solar-powered lights embedded in the ground, many of them aren't on, so you can't rely on them, and the lanterns you're lent to us can't really illuminate the downward direction, so it's still dangerous. It is impossible to play with dogs or play soccer on the ground in this condition. I'll get hurt.Speaking of dogs, the inside of the dog park was even more uneven. Dogs may be able to run well, but it will be difficult for humans. What's more, it's too small to be called a dog run.Even though the dogs at the facility are protected dogs, they are not trained. There were two dogs on the day we went, one was always running away and the other was always barking at the guests. The employees don't do anything with the two animals, they just leave them outside. There is a roof, though.Because the idea of connecting rescue dogs and people is a noble one, I can't help but be disappointed by this. Dogs are highly intelligent creatures, which is why humans who handle them require correct knowledge and behavior. If you want your dogs to be happy, you need to reconsider your current methods. However, dogs will not get used to people even if you let them out in front of guests. In addition,・The width of the entrance is too narrow. It is difficult to fit even in a 5-seater regular car. How many times do you plan on turning it around for 8 people?・There is no washlet in the toilet.・The rental toys are in tatters. There is no shortage of things that are lacking. And most of them are easy to notice and fix right away. If you leave it alone, you will understand how Grandchette Okayama operates as an accommodation facility. While using it, there were many times when I thought to myself, ``Even if I just made a few changes, the feel of the product would change completely.'' I want facility managers to reconsider how they can make their facilities better from the user's perspective.I apologize for the long post.

Used by 5 friends.Overall, it is a very good glamping site as long as you are careful about ticks and falling.Details are below.[About the facility]・The tent was full of mold, but the inside was very clean. (It's a cotton tent, so mold is unavoidable. If you don't like it, go to a place where you can use your own tent.)・The inside of the tent is sloped, so be careful if you are drunk.(It may be better to level the lower pallet with a spirit level etc.)・There was no AC power, but there are enough lights inside and they will lend you a lantern, so it's not a problem.-Equipped with a very comfortable bed. It's soft, so if you have back pain, it's better to bring a corset.・There are chairs set up on the tarp next to the tent, so you can enjoy a barbecue.A light is attached to the tarp, and it automatically turns on when it gets dark. (There were two included, but one was leaking and could not be used)The path is also lined with lights that turn on automatically, so you can walk safely even after dark.・It is very easy to dispose of garbage by separating it into two types: cans, plastic bottles, bottles, and others.・It is a fully equipped facility with cold water supply, clean toilets, and entertainment equipment.[Amenity]・A toothbrush and cup are provided, so you don't need to carry any.Is the cup glass? So it would be a good idea to bring some extra.・You can use the nearby hot spring facilities (quite luxurious) for free, but there are no towels, so you will need to bring your own.[About the dog🐶]When I went, there were two dogs, a corgi and a mix.The corgi was fine, but the mix still looked a little scared.I just hope that you get used to it soon. The mixed baby was kept in a cage, but was exposed to the sun all morning and evening, and was showing symptoms of heatstroke (vomiting, etc.).It looks like a tarp has been installed, so I would like them to add a sunshade to the side.Regarding the noise at night that was mentioned in other reviews, the dog has been moved to a different location at night, so the noise problem has been resolved.[Notes]・There were claw mites on the bed and futon, and I was bitten by a tremendous amount. If you are bitten by a tick, the itching will not go away for about a week, so it is best to carry a sleeping bag or something similar.・There are stairs between the site and the parking lot, but the gravel makes it easy to fall down when going down.(I fell from the top)Trees have been installed to prevent the gravel from flowing out, but the gravel is higher than the trees, so if you start sliding, you won't be able to stop.(I think it will be solved if you dig a little in front of the trees)Please be careful when carrying luggage.・As this is a site cleared of trees, there are stumps scattered throughout. When it's dark, you can use the lights to see where you're walking, but when it's bright, you can't see the path and you're more likely to trip over a tree stump.Let's walk carefully.(It might be better if the path was made of gravel, etc.)【place】You will arrive after driving along a fairly narrow road. The entrance is also narrow, so people with wagons should be careful. There are roadside stations, home centers, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby. (within 15 minutes by car)Even if you are missing something, you can go buy it.Tsuyama, famous for its hormone udon, is nearby, so we recommend buying your meat there. There are a lot of giant tiger flies flying around, and there are almost no mosquitoes, bees, or flies.(Although there was no insect repellent or mosquito coil, there was zero damage from the above pests.)【summary】It is a very good facility as long as you are careful about ticks and falls. It was said that it was made by an individual, but it is very well made.In the explanation at check-in, it was stated that if the futon was damaged, a cleaning fee might be charged, so the futon may not have been cleaned. If you are concerned, it is better to choose another location.[For business owners]I'm sure there are several areas for improvement, but it's a very good campground, so I'd be happy if you could do your best to maintain and manage it.The improvement ideas are listed above, but I think it would be better to treat the mites first. Please continue to do your best.

I found a site that showed children beautifully, made a reservation, and used it for the first time. The reception hut has a washbasin, water place, and toilet. It's a little far from the tent, so I couldn't go to the bathroom in the middle of the night with an umbrella in the rain on the ungraded road, which was overgrown with weeds, so I had to endure the night. Insects will come in, so even if you have insect repellent!?Bed and room were cleanWe were told that we could play with the rescue dogs, but there were four dogs that were tied up and kept barking. The dog run was apparently only for small dogs!?It was a simple one and it was full of weeds. The bath is a 30-minute drive from a public bath. Since I can't bring my dog with me as a family, I wait in the car and take turns. The fence at the entrance is too narrow and the path is narrow, so you have to turn around several times to enter. It's camping, not glamping, right? !If you're going to run a business, you should prepare properly before you do it.It's not worth the price at all.I want to support you wonderfully, but it's really disappointing.

I chose glamping to stay with my dog at the end of the year. It was more like camping than glamping 😁 I'm used to camping and brought some gear with me, so I managed to get by, but it might be quite a challenge for first-timers. It might be more convenient to have fire-starting tools with you. The good news is that the meat was delicious!

I felt that the response was too harsh.I had reserved this glamping site more than a month in advance and made other travel plans, but when I actually arrived and paid the fee, I went to the tent that I had been guided to, and it was completely different from the photo I had made when I made the reservation. Ta. Specifically, what was supposed to be a Western-style tent with two beds turned out to be a tent with two futons spread out on a log. There were about 5 to 10 small cockroach-like insects inside the tent, and since it was a natural place, I was prepared for some insects, but it felt like there were too many. When I reported this, I was told that the tent was different from the one planned due to a mistake on the part of the facility. I was told that I would be refunded 1000 yen each, but why would I tell them that at this timing? At that point, all I could feel was disbelief. I can only say that they are disrespecting the customer by not saying anything and trying to deal with the situation without any refund. As an alternative, I was shown around other vacant tents and checked them out, but they were Western-style tents that looked like the ones in the photo, with no insects, but even though there were 4 of us there, we only had a double bed and a single mattress. In any case, it could only sleep 3 people, and even though it was the same price, I decided not to stay if it meant anyone would feel bad. When I informed them of this, I was able to get my accommodation fee refunded. However, since it was a 3-day holiday, there were no vacancies in the nearby hotels, so I searched for a hotel for about an hour and ended up going to a hotel about 2 hours away by car. I had to change my travel plans, and more than anything, I was disappointed that I couldn't do glamping, which was the highlight of this trip. Also, there were a lot of dogs on the premises, so I felt it was quite noisy. I think he probably couldn't sleep even if he was staying overnight because he was worried about the sound. Also, it was dark and it was hard to see my feet, probably because I was running loose, and a dog came up to me and I was scared that it might bite me. I felt that it was not a suitable environment unless you really liked dogs.If they had contacted me as soon as they found out that the tent had been changed, I probably wouldn't have been so shocked, but personally, I was most annoyed that they hid that fact from me at the time of reception. .

It was my first time glamping and I was looking forward to it.There were 4 dogs and they were cute.I thought it would be really relaxing at night to see the beautiful starry sky and hear the sounds of insects, but hearing a dog howl all night? I couldn't sleep because...The meat for dinner seemed to be of high quality and was very delicious. However, the ratio of meat, vegetables, and rice seemed to be suitable for students with young stomachs: there was a lot of rice, a little vegetables, and a bit less meat (mysteriously, one sausage per person), so I thought it would have been better to bring my own. .There were a lot of things going on, but I just wanted to sleep at night.

I was also holding back, but other people's reviews seem to be similar, so I'd like to comment. The dog's barking is so loud in the middle of the night. I received a reply from the owner regarding another person's comment, but regardless of whether the dog is being trained or not, if the dog barks at night, please keep the dog at the owner's or staff's home during the night. This was the first time I had been harmed by the owner at a campsite. (Maybe you don't know how dogs bark at night? If that's the case, it's beyond your ability to keep a rescue dog in a glamping place, so you should avoid it.)I can't manage my dog, and as others have said, I can't manage the hotel business, so what do I want to do?While there are many people who want to spend a quiet holiday in the countryside of Okayama, I never thought that there would be a glamping site in such bad condition.I made this comment because I don't want anyone who hasn't been there to feel the same way.

I used a glamping tent. The inside of the tent was beautiful. The problem is late at night. This campsite has multiple dogs, but the dogs barked so loudly at night that I couldn't sleep well.Customers are asked to be quiet after 9:30, but the staff are unable to control the dogs.I don't recommend this place unless you really like dogs. A quiet place is ruined. The barbecue meat was delicious, but the quantity was small, so I recommend buying it elsewhere before grilling it.There is a roadside station nearby that sells firewood and meat, so I bought it there.
