My friends and I stayed in the "family room", which is pretty much an entire old apartment for rent. It has 4 beds: 2 futons and 2 normal beds. There is a kitchen (no stovetop, but has a fridge and kettle), a tatami lounge room, a tatami bedroom, and a western style bedroom. The bathroom and toilet are private as well. There are 2 aircon units, so you won't overheat in summer. The beds are clean and comfortable. For the price, it's really great and spacious!! The place in general isn't immaculately clean (stains on the walls, etc), but it is good for young people or those on a budget. The staff are very kind!!The station is about 15 minutes away if you walk, there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance, and AEON is nearby too.My biggest complaint is that the upstairs neighbors can be heard late into the night. The floors/ceilings are very thin, and it seems like the "quiet hours" are not really respected by anyone. It's much quieter to sleep during the day. Also, the parking situation is confusing. Although it seems like some people can reserve it (there was a sign), we were told it's first come, first serve...? So when we left the parking spot, someone else took it because we couldn't reserve it. If you can't park in one of the 2 spots on-site, you have to park about 5-10 minutes away and pay 1000+ yen per day.Overall the place is good for groups of friends on a budget, especially if you don't have a car. I recommend it.

I happened to be passing by and noticed that it was only a guest house. As I was looking at the building, I saw on Instagram that they had recently started a cafe, so I decided to check it out.I had a lunch of one soup and one dish, and it also came with the special chewy enzyme brown rice, heart-warming miso soup, and bamboo steamed steamer, and I was satisfied with both the quantity and taste! !I also really appreciated that it was plant-based! !It was a very relaxing shop with a river right in front of it!I also took out the ohagi and it was very delicious! !I think I want to try the rice ball plate next time 🍙

It's a little difficult to walk from Okayama Station. There is an AEON mall near the inn, so it is very convenient for shopping. It was quiet for a city area and I had a comfortable stay.I'm glad that there is also a cooker so you can stay for a long time.I would love to stay again.

My boy had a knee problem, so he couldn't climb stairs when he arrived in Okayama and the kind host at Lazy House assigned us an apartment-style ground floor room, accessible to him, and very clean, spacious and comfortable.Great, highly recommended to visit Okayama.

Different contact information for the landlord is posted in the store. When I arrived at the hotel after 8 pm, the landlord led me to the room via video link. I found that the room was still not cleaned. The landlord replied that he was not sure when the cleaning would be completed and asked me to go out for a while. Finally, I could check in at 9:30 pm; the room was full. The smell of oil smoke came from the kitchen in the hall, the landlord's own food stored in the refrigerator was stinky, and the shower gel in the toilet was empty.
