Self-check-in and check-out are completely non-face-to-face, so it was very easy to use.I stayed in a single room, and the room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The shower room is quite small, so it may be difficult for men, especially large people, to use it.I was worried that I would have to walk through the downtown area to get to the hotel, but I think the location is very convenient as the Tamachi tram station is right nearby.

The staff's response was the worst. After checking out, I received a phone call and was told that I had taken the towel home with me, but that it was not found, and that it was definitely not my fault, and that I would report the theft as it was a piece of equipment.I had no recollection of this, and I clearly remember where I put the towel, so I told them that, and I told them it was okay to go back and check my luggage, but they didn't listen, and anyway, it was my fault. He decided to do this, and told me in a very high-pressure manner without even asking me about my situation. After that, I couldn't find it, but when I called earlier, I found out that I didn't bring it, so I apologized without understanding what he meant, but I didn't want to cause trouble, so I responded that it was fine. However, it is quite unpleasant. It's true that I was able to stay at a cheap price, but I think the issue has nothing to do with the price and the customer service. What kind of education are they receiving?Anyway, I won't be staying there again. Please be careful if you use it in the future.I'll just post the good points here. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced, so I think they're perfect for overnight stays. There was nothing specifically mentioned, but I didn't have pajamas, so I had to bring my own.I was on my way home from a friend's wedding, so I wanted to return the happy feeling. It was the worst.

I arrived in Okayama in the evening and was planning to sightsee the next day, so I looked at the price and made a reservation.I first learned about it while heading to the hotel that day, but it was right in the middle of the red-light district. The roadside was filled with men standing and heading to shops. I really regret it at this point.Check-in at the hotel was unmanned and automatic, which was a great thing. We chose a double room for the two of us, but it was quite small. It was clean, but the room was full of beds, small tables, and cabinets. It's enough for one person to stay overnight, but it's difficult for two people to change clothes at the same time. It's probably impossible to open two suitcases at the same time. Makeup is also very difficult to apply.I could use the toilet and shower normally without any problems, but the bath towel that was provided was so smelly that I regretted wiping my face.Surprisingly, the bed was very comfortable. Both the mattress and futon were soft. By far the best business hotel I've stayed at recently.conclusionHighly recommended for solo travelers coming to the red-light district.

It was not a business hotel, but a room that felt like a normal home (in a good way)! The shower and toilet were separate, so it was very comfortable. The room was very clean, there were plenty of towels, and there were plenty of amenities, so I was very satisfied (^^)It was conveniently located, a 1-minute walk from Tamachi Station by taking the tram from Okayama Station, and a Lawson nearby.I don't think there are many hotels like this! I was a little worried because there weren't many reviews, but I'm glad I decided to come here. I definitely want to stay here again when I come to Okayama!

I had a hard time finding the entrance. The room was very clean. Parking fee is high considering you are just staying overnight.

When I saw the photo of the exterior, I honestly thought it was okay? However, the room was very clean, with a simple but tasteful interior, a plasma cluster air purifier, a large TV, free drinks, and plenty of amenities. Medicated hand soap and Febreze are also available. It was very quiet. The stairs were difficult because my luggage was heavy, but the cost performance was great.Adjusting the shower temperature can be tricky. For larger people, the shower and toilet may be small.
