I stayed here on a celebration trip for my parents. The room had an open-air bath, was clean and spacious, and the food was delicious. I thought the reviews were right, but the response from the person serving dinner was unbelievably bad.He is a middle-aged man with an expressionless face and intimidating eyes. When I asked the hotel to prepare the celebratory flowers, Chanchanko, which I had requested in advance, and to take a photo, I was rudely told that they were busy, so please wait. During the photo shoot, I was told in a very low voice that the assembly line worker was "cheesy" and my photo was taken. I didn't even try to make them smile, so even though it was a special occasion, the whole family didn't smile in the photos. When I returned the chanchanko, I said something incomprehensible: ``Please don't eat with your clothes on. It's surprisingly expensive. It costs 8,000 yen.'' No one wants to eat with their clothes on.Before the congratulatory flowers were brought, I heard a disgusted voice from behind a wall saying, ``Wow, that's huge.'' I wonder why you said it so you could hear it.There were two types of craft beer on the menu, so I ordered one first, and when I ordered a different type, I was asked, ``Huh? Is this one? Isn't it a different beer than the one you had earlier?'' Was it inconvenient to order a different type of beer? When I returned from the meal, I asked them to keep the flowers for me until I returned, as they were very large, and I was immediately told that they could not. I couldn't explain why it couldn't be done, so I asked the receptionist to check with me, and they accepted it without any problems. ``You don't want to keep flowers in your room,'' she said sarcastically. Normally, it would be difficult to bring it back, so shall I carry it to my room? It's fine if you say that, but I'm really confused as to why you have to say it in a sarcastic way.Our family members do not use rude behavior or language. I didn't want to make the atmosphere worse, so I didn't warn or complain. Also, he was always expressionless and creepy, so I was scared that he might get revenge.I think it's more a matter of individual talent than a problem with the hotel's guidance. I would like to be removed from work that involves dealing with customers. I am very disappointed as I had high expectations for the hotel. We don't want others to feel the same way we did, so we've written this review as a warning.Other than that I'm very satisfied. The person in charge of serving breakfast was an elderly woman, who smiled and spoke to me in a friendly manner throughout, making the meal enjoyable. The employee who greeted us and saw us off was also a friendly man. The hot springs, the large public bath, and the open-air bath in the room were nice, and the quality of the spring water was a little slimy, and it felt nice and smooth on my skin. Personally, I was most happy because the lobby had all-you-can-drink wine, plum wine, shochu, whiskey, etc. The footbath is also recommended. However, I gave it a rating of 2 because it ruined my celebration.
