Wonderful rooms and extra ordinery staff. Extremly helpful and service minded. We miss them🌺. Beautiful reseption area. Great food and drinks. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Four points by sheraton on Bintan island exceeds my expectations! The staff (especially Rizki Agustianas, and Derifky the barista), food, views, and vibe are all incredible! We will definitely come back there! Highly recommended! Love it!
