The location is a bit remote. There is a funeral home next to it. If I had known about it, I would not have stayed here. The large bathhouse is a bit dirty. It may be a holiday. It costs more than 4,000 per night. The room is not big. It has no value at all. I will not stay here next time. Sidelined

I think the cleaning of buses and toilets is a business hotel, but only the price has increased, but the service and cleaning have not improved.

The reception is pleasant and wonderful. When I entered the parking lot, it was so dilapidated that I thought it was an abandoned building. The buffet on the 1st floor is kept clean, but from the window you can see dirty black concrete and overgrown plants. The plumbing in the room I stayed in was so dirty that I didn't want to touch it. Sludge remained around the faucet in the bathroom, and hair still fell out. The toilet bowl was very dirty with years of stone and hair left around the hinges. The frontage of the unit bus was full of dust, and the window frame and extension machine were also full of dust. There was clearly a lack of cleaning.First of all, I would like to request thorough cleaning. I would like the owners and executives to see the exterior, including the parking lot, and the condition of the rooms, and to see improvements.

Good hotel for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was Japanese sized (tiny) but fine for two people. Everything was clean. I had a smoking room as it was all that was available but still didn’t reek of smoke. Convenient location to The airport, as well as several convenience stores, coin laundry and grocery.

The transportation is convenient, the environment is clean, and there are public baths. The room is slightly larger than the average double room at Toyoko Inn. There are also special pajamas and supplies for children, which I think is very thoughtful. It takes about 10 minutes to walk out to JR Higo Otsu. There is a supermarket nearby, but it's a pity that I arrived too late, otherwise there seems to be a shopping mall next to the station.

It was too late and there was no train back to Hakata. I stayed here for one night. The room was clean and the service staff had a very good attitude. They would also help solve problems if they didn't understand! !

It's about a 10 minute walk from the station. The room was clean, but for some reason there was a toilet seat in the room, but no bath. The toilet seat and the room were only separated by a curtain. The noise from the ventilation fan bothered me a lot.The only way to take a bath is in the large public bath (there is also an open-air bath) on the top floor.WIFI connects well. A TV and refrigerator are located in the room. There were rice fields all around. When I opened the window, a lot of insects came in. It is better not to open the windows. There are many types of breakfast side dishes, including stir-fried eggplant and ground meat, scrambled eggs, sausage, and grilled fish. There are natto, pickled plums, mentaiko, raw eggs, seaweed, and curry roux. There is also porridge. The cream stew was especially delicious.

The building and rooms are both very simple and give the impression of no waste. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the bathroom on the top floor. It was a rainy day and a bit chilly on the day I stayed, but the outdoor bath was so wet that I couldn't use it, and the indoor bath was really lukewarm, so I didn't warm up even after soaking in it, so I took a bath again in my room. I think there are many people who choose hotels to take a bath to relieve fatigue, so I thought it would be better to control the temperature a little more. The breakfast buffet and the view from the room were great.

There is a large parking lot and the staff are friendly. I plan to visit again next time as I can enjoy a wide variety of breakfast menus.
