We were only here for two days but my kid enjoyed every second of it. We spent the majority of our time in the water park so I can’t speak on anything else. Food was great and they had a good variety for breakfast. Definitely will seek to stay here again with the whole family.

I only use the pool, so I don't know about the rooms.As for the pool, I don't think I'll ever go there again.Available on September 8, 2024.I used it with my family.The pool itself was fun with a lazy river, slides, etc., but what stood out was the inappropriateness of the staff and the poor customer base.First of all, the warnings written on the HP are almost ignored and nothing is said.No one will say anything about whether you enter the pool fully clothed or wear sunglasses.●Glasses, glass products, and other dangerous items are not allowed into the pool.●You cannot swim with hand towels, towels, clothing, etc. on your body.Although it is stated on the HPMost of the people were wearing towels around their necks or caps, and I didn't say anything in particular.Also, the water slide was able to slide normally even for children under 120 cm.high school student? Part-time staff like university students were also suitable.Food – corners are also the worst.Is it a part-time job for a high school student who is clearly an amateur making noodles with his bare hands? A good place to have fun in the summer, it's not very big but you can play and cool off.Good pool and cool water slides.The water in the pool was warm, I don't know if it was the temperature of the water or if it was due to the heat, it would be better if it was a little colder.Due to the school holidays, the park was relatively full, so there was a wait in line for the water slides.You could bring a cooler with drinks and food, a tent.The potato portion is ¥300, I thought it was expensive and small.

I went on summer vacation.The pool can be used both on the day of check-in and the next day.I was surprised at how attentive the services for children were.It was a little hectic because we didn't have many staff members, but it can't be helped since it's summer vacation.The changing room in the public bath was so hot that it was hard to sweat even more after taking a bath.The air conditioner wasn't working at allI hurried back to my room and dried my hair.

My kids love the Swap waterslide and we use it every year. This is the only pool of this size in Okayama, so I feel like I have no choice but to go there! Overall, it's good that it's old, but the steps of the pool are slimy, there's a smell of dog pee from somewhere, the slide is not very smooth, and overall it feels dirty.

⚪︎About the periodI used it for 1 night and 2 days during summer vacation (Monday to Tuesday).⚪︎About the poolSince my purpose was to use the pool facility, I went to the front desk around 8:50 on Monday morning to make the most of the privileges only available to hotel guests.I informed them that I was planning to stay there today, received a pool ticket from the front desk (the ticket could be paid in full at checkout), and headed straight to the adjacent pool area to secure a spot.We have received approval from the front desk regarding space reservations.The distance from the front desk to the pool is less than 100m, but there are stairs, so please be careful if you bring in a wagon or the like, as you will have to lift it halfway.There was a long line from the reception desk, but I felt a sense of superiority as a guest, being able to walk past the line and enter the pool area. (Entry into the water is fixed at 10am.)The pool area is roughly divided into a children's pool area and an area for upper elementary school students to adults, and we set up a pop-up tent and carrier wagon near the children's pool area.It cannot be installed under the roof or near entrances.It was so crowded that there was no place to pitch a tent after 11 o'clock.When entering the water, there was a 10-minute break for every 50 minutes to prevent heat stroke and accidents.As for the water quality, it was difficult to assess, as there was some bird droppings, etc., but since it was outdoors, we felt it would be impossible for our staff to deal with all of that.The toilets are not particularly disinfected, and you can just go into the water after you relieve yourself, giving the impression of being unsanitary. There was a hot shower at the entrance, but I don't think everyone used it.My impression might have changed if I had constantly washed my hair in the shower.There were lifeguards everywhere, but they said, ``Are you sleeping? ? There were some young children who thought, 'If something were to happen, it would be impossible to take immediate action.'⚪︎About overall mannersThere were many young children playing volleyball and guessing games on ball-shaped floats inside the venue and in the lazy river, and although it felt a little dangerous, it didn't bother me too much.The pool area seemed to be collecting trash as appropriate, and it seemed like the trash was being collected before the trash cans were full. It was clean with almost no trash left on the ground.⚪︎About the hotelThe guest room was just for sleeping, so we had a comfortable stay.However, I am quite dissatisfied with the public bath.The air conditioning in the changing room wasn't on (I don't know if it's normal) and the temperature was almost the same as the bathroom (over 30℃?), so I was drenched in sweat before and after taking a bath.The temperature of the bath was also relatively high, so my 1-year-old daughter was unable to take a bath.The guest room bath was a little larger, so that was sufficient.The coin laundry only has two washing machines and two dryers, so I think it would be good to have more machines.Actually, I waited for about 2 hours.⚪︎About mealsFor dinner, we drove to Soja City.It's about 20 minutes from the hotel, so it feels a little far away considering the location.Breakfast is free between 7am and 9am, and when I went there at 7am, there were hardly any customers.I was able to enjoy the buffet at my leisure.⚪︎FinallyIt was a great family trip.The front desk staff was polite and the facilities were a little outdated, but it was a great summer memory.I would like to use it again next summer.thank you very much.

I went to the pool with my family.I thought it could be a little more clean.Water scale was gradually accumulating on the stairs such as the water slide, and I thought it would be a good idea to clean it. I go to the pool every year. I appreciate that you can bring your own tent. If you go before the parking lot opens, you can park nearby.My impression is that the hygiene is not very good, and I am concerned about the dirty changing rooms, toilets, and water.The people at the reception desk were always very nice, but there was a huge difference between the people watching over the slides for small children and looking like they were having fun, and the people who looked angry and acting random. Middle and high school students have very bad manners in the lazy river pool, so it may be dangerous to bring small children with them. .I wish the price was a little lower

We were scheduled to arrive at 9 o'clock, but because we had to line up at the parking lot and the admission vending machines, we ended up landing before 10 o'clock. The parking lot was almost full. There are only two vending machines, so buy advance tickets. It seems better to aim to arrive around 8 o'clock during Obon. The lines for the water slides are over 30 minutes, so it might be best to try it out early. The 100 yen for the locker will not be returned.
