Reception Battery The battery on duty that morning please replace it with one that is friendlier and has Aura FrontDesk...Don't come and get knocked out by him, we're paying to stay overnight, not hitchhike...The other Hotel & Room Boy staff are kind & friendly and diligent too...

Please take care of the old receptionist in the morning so you can replace him with a friendlier one...The initial image starts from the front desk, if you enter the hotel and have received service like that, what will your next impression be?His face is not calm, his speech is curt..We asked for a room, the answer was "Oh, there are already guests booked" and then we thought we just wanted to stay there...Even though at night I opened the room with the night guard, the room was there, Aki needed to rest, or the hotel could be quiet because of his behavior...the rest is good considering this is an old hotel, comfortable and the Roomboy is kind and diligent...

This is not a bottle but more like a cage, the bed sheets are dirty, the AC doesn't cool, there's no WiFi, the receptionist looks like a dirty face and isn't friendly

Order via Reddorz and get a price of 275 thousand for a family type room for 4 people. Don't expect the rooms to be really clean, because there is a price and there is quality. but if there are 4 people living in it, everything feels safe and comfortable. Very strategic location, you can walk to Nagoya Mall, you can also walk to the Batam flea market.

The front desk receptionist who wore thick glasses in the morning was not very friendly, "angry, the room was scary, the service was not good, there was a receptionist whose name was Mas Andre, the shift that night was friendly, nice, regretted staying there
