This B&B provides a good location and has a parking lot. It is about a 15-minute walk to Okayama Station and a 5-minute walk to the Lawson convenience store. The B&B provides a kitchen with an induction cooker and pots, as well as oil, salt and seasonings.Main disadvantages:1. Although there is a main road outside and a police station next to it, it is in a small alley.2. The stairs are too steep, and children need adult attention when going up and down the stairs.3. It can accommodate about 3 to 4 people. Too many people will be a bit crowded.There are more advantages in the hotelFirst the location is great, you can go Okayama station by walking 15~20 minutes near the supermarket and Lawson convenience store about 5 minutes.The hotel provides free parking lot for accommodation who rent a car.Secondly, the host supplies induction cooker,pots, food oil, and salt to cooking foods.But the disadvantages is the hotel main door in the alley that road too small and dark in the night. In the house stairs is too steepwhen kids going up or down the adults need to keep eyes on the children

I returned to my hometown, but due to my parents' aging, I used this to reduce the burden of staying overnight. We had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights as a family of 5.It's more than just an inn, it has a panda concept, and when I asked the children to count there were 57 pandas on the first floor and 75 on the second floor. The children loved it so much that they even wrote letters to the pandas.All the equipment is clean, there are enough towels, and there are cooking utensils and seasonings, so it's perfect. I really appreciate being able to do laundry when staying overnight.You can also park one car, so if you combine it with a cheap rental car, you have the best cost performance. I think this will be my regular accommodation when I return home.We hope that the facility will not be closed because the neighbors are sensitive to noise.

The transportation is convenient. There are many buses to Okayama Station, so it’s not too far to walk there.Aeon mall supermarket is convenient for shopping. The kitchenette has an oven, microwave and induction cooker.A small house is very comfortable for 2-3 people, but may be a bit crowded for 4 people. From the photos I saw when booking, I thought it was very spacious. Clean and quiet environment.The various information provided by the boss is very detailed (there is a loose-leaf book in the room). He is not fluent in English conversation, but he responds quickly and clearly in massages.

The boss is friendly and provides pick-up and drop-off from the station. There is a bus stop nearby and it is very convenient to get to the station. The room is clean and has everything you need. The panda board game is so interesting and the laundry facilities are also very complete. It is worth recommending.
