I drove into Okayama and used it as a sightseeing base!Access) 10 minutes from Okayama Castle, 15 minutes from Okayama StationIf you mess up the navigation and go up from the south, you will have to go up the cemetery road, which is a bit scary (as other reviews say). Please note that if you come from National Route 28 on the Okayama Ushimado Line, you will arrive immediately. The hotel shuttle bus runs about once every hour and a half, so be careful if you have urgent business to do on your way home. It seems difficult to hail a taxi (I heard there were 40 people waiting in front of the station).Room) I had booked a single room for 2 nights, but was upgraded to a twin city view room. The room and bathroom have been renovated and are very clean, functional and comfortable.Bath) You can use the newly built cypress open-air bath for an additional 1,100 yen. I only used it for the first night because I had time. The space is as luxurious and stylish as a first-class spa, the dresser space is luxurious, and the KINUJYO hair dryer keeps you excited.Breakfast) Breakfast is reserved for the second day only, and is a normal buffet at the hotel.I didn't have much to eat. (I don't eat processed foods such as sausage or bacon)I finished it with local cuisine and miso soup.Okayama's local rice ``Kinumusume'' is delicious and comes with a second helping.Coffee isn't tasty.I don't think the cost performance is very good.(Dinner) Since I was driving, I thought I would return without drinking after eating out and relax at the bar before going to bed.(Friday) but closed...Many restaurants are also closed (only the underground pub is open). The restaurant is open for reservations up to 3 days in advance. It may be a good idea to eat outside.Problems such as food waste and labor costs even if you are open all weekdaysI think the local hotel industry is in a tough situation.I think it's a very good hotel where you can spend a quiet time and enjoy the night view, so if you don't mind the above, please stay at our hotel.Thank you for your help.

The hotel was very clean, the security was good, the view was 100 points, and the place to sleep was comfortable, but the only problem is that I've never been there before.

I could see the view of Okayama city from the rooms on the 9th floor and above, so it was really great.

Although it is located on top of a mountain, there is a free shuttle bus from Okayama Station, so I didn't feel inconvenienced (the driver was also very accommodating).Although the building is old, it was well maintained and clean. I stayed in a room on the 12th floor, and the entire room, including the bathroom, was new, spacious, and comfortable. The open-air bath was also very pleasant and I would like to stay there again. Personally, I was happy that the vending machine near the open-air bath accepts not only cash but also transportation ICs.We also had breakfast at the venue. There were many types of buffet, and I enjoyed the local ingredients as well. At other hotels, there are many miso soups that don't have any toppings, but this one had a lot of toppings and was very delicious.Coffee cups were also lined up in a warmed state, so I could enjoy them slowly.

I stay overnight when I want to be alone.Maybe it's just a coincidence or it's because it's geographically far from the station, but there aren't any noisy foreigners, so it's nice to be able to spend a quiet time here. The staff are very responsive and have a respectful demeanor that will make you feel comfortable.I was wondering what to have for dinner, and when I ordered cutlet hotpot at an underground bar, I had a bad feeling when I saw the pickled vegetables that came with it, but I was completely disappointed, and the freshly fried pork cutlet was perfectly cooked. I thought that the essence that cannot be compromised has not been shaken. The facility may be showing its age, but I think the years have gone by without cutting corners when it comes to customer service, food, etc.
