On my way back from Misasa Onsen, I visited Okutsu Onsen in search of a remote hot spring, but the underground rock bath was under construction, so I went to the family bath on the first floor. The old tile bathtub is very cool. It was a free-flowing bath, and since it was reserved for private use, I was able to relax and soak in the water.I would like to visit again once the underground construction is finished.P.S. The hot springs on the riverside are still damaged by the typhoon, but the footbaths are fine.

♨️When you cross the tunnel inside the inn♨️Okayama Onsen Tour🚙💨A hot spring town along the river with the atmosphere of a secret hot spring, the quiet mountain town is lined with quaint long-established inns and simple guesthouses☝🏻One-day bathing is reserved for private use, and there are two bathhouses within the facility. The first one is on the first floor and has a bath with a shower. The bathtub is shallow so even small children can bathe safely. The second bath is located underground, and I went down the stairs and went through a tunnel about 10 meters long, and there I was. There are separate entrances for men and women, but the women's bathhouse is closed, so we use the men's bathhouse. In the bathtub, newborn hot springs that have never been exposed to air are gushing out from the bottom of the bathtub. The depth of the bathtub is approximately 100cm.Yes, there was plenty of hot spring water 👍🏻⭐︎Alkaline simple hot spring⭐︎Bathing fee 1000 yen

Are the bathtubs that touch the Yoshii River at the same height as the water level of the river? When the water level rises, it will be submerged. It is a wonderful structure with an underground tunnel that leads from the building to the bathtub. A large amount of hot water spewed out from the bathtub and the washing area was flooded. Yumori's big wife is also doing well. Early visit is recommended.Abundant hot water, running water at 41℃. Your body will warm up immediately. It's a strange facility. Fee 1,000 yen#Towarou53 Okutsu, Kagamino-cho, Tomata-gun, Okayama 708-0503

I used it for a day trip bath.Pay the usage fee of 1000 yen at the entrance and head to the bathroom. It's an old facility, but it was still very nice.Well, more than anything else, I was fascinated by the endless flow of hot spring water from the bottom of the bathtub. This is a hot spring that you will want to stay at forever.

The quality of the spring water at Nurutsurusube is almost the same as Kagiyu. You can also expect a massage effect as the water bubbles up from the bottom of the bathtub. The hot springs are rated 5 stars or higher, but the cleaning is not very thorough, so people who prioritize cleanliness may want to refrain from visiting.I want it to continue quietly for a long time.

A ryokan in Okutsu Onsen. It is located next to Okutsuso. A long-established inn founded in 1927. The hotel is currently closed for lodging, so I used it for a day trip bath. …

Very reluctant. It is a ``Hinabita Onsen Inn'' itself. I love the gentle hot water. The landlady sitting at the counter? The atmosphere was also good. People tend to be drawn to the lively atmosphere of Okutsuso next door, but I think those who like a bit of austereness will be hooked.

I can't say it was clean, but the hot water was great. If you want to enjoy authentic Okutsu hot springs, this is the place to go.The time spent at Okutsu Onsen was less than 2 hours. I had time for the bus on the way home, so I had lunch at the Hanabijinsato facility, but it ended up being past the day trip bathing time at Okutsuso next door, so I stopped by next door. The historic building cannot be described as beautiful, and the facilities pale in comparison to its neighbors, which appear to have been renovated. Still, I wanted to soak in the strong hot springs of Okutsu, so I was invited to come because I was told that it was possible to go there for a day. After paying the bathing fee of 1,000 yen at the reception desk, you will be guided to the basement. The hot water here is gushing out from the depths of the riverbed, so even though it's underground, it's at the same height as the river. However, the road to get there seems to have been flooded many times due to rising water, making it look like a dungeon. You can feel history everywhere. The bath water is slightly lukewarm, about 40 degrees. Hot water is supplied from the pipes below. The amount of hot water overflowing from the bathtub was amazing. Bubbles are bubbling up from the gaps in the bathtub, and I'm sure the hot spring water is pouring directly into it. Anyway, the hot water felt fresh. The bath is not large, but it is deep. At my height, which is just over 160cm, I usually soak up to my chest, so I take a standing bath. When you use it, you get quite a lot of bubbles on your body. I couldn't find an analysis table, but I guess the ingredients are closer to sodium-bicarbonate springs. (According to 'Wiki, Okutsu Onsen is a simple alkaline hot spring)I only had about 20 minutes to get to the bus, so I only had about 20 minutes to spare, but this is a hot spring that I would like to stay in for a long time. I think it would be inferior to Yubara among the three Mimasaka hot springs in terms of features, but I think this is a good hot spring. It's no wonder that when asked about recommended hot springs in Tsuyama, many people recommended Okutsu.By the way, I was told that in the past you could go on a hot spring tour, but that's no longer the case as the number of inns that participate has decreased. I also wanted to visit in the days when it was possible to go on a hot spring tour.
