It is located in Soka City, Saitama District.This is a 6-story business hotel located about a 3-minute walk from the east exit of Yatsuka Station on the Tobu Skytree Line.Since it is near the station, there are many restaurants and convenience stores.(There is a Chinese restaurant and ramen restaurant on the first floor)The front desk is on the first floor, and the entrance is not along Old National Route 4, but in front of the station when viewed from the station.Only the local line stops at Yatsuka Station, and you can change trains at Nishiarai Station or Soka Station.It is conveniently connected to Ueno Station and Kitasenju Station on the Hibiya Line in about 10 to 20 minutes.The room facilities and amenities are the usual APA, but there is no public bath.HoThe steps from the toilet and bathroom were larger than the room, and I was concerned about the noise from the next room.(Maybe the walls are thin...)I don't know about the affiliated parking lot...Around here, the market price is 1000 yen.

It is within 5 minutes from Yatsuka Station.Affiliated with hotel next door? There is a parking lot.The room was clean and comfortable.There are two washing machines, which are drum type and can wash and dry at the same time, which was helpful.

Excellent attention and service in general. The location is the only bad thing, because it is 1 hour from the center of Tokyo. But there is a subway station a couple of blocks away.

Convenient store within walking distance, conveniently located just a few minutes from the nearest station.It is a 6-story building with guest rooms on the 2nd to 6th floors, and there are 2 elevators (no card key required).The room is clean and well-equipped, with a large TV and full-length mirror.All equipment is available, including deodorizing spray.The facility is equipped with a coin laundry, ice machine, and vending machine.You can get a discount on lunch at the Chinese restaurant in the hotel by showing your card key.

The staff were very polite and nice, but I couldn't sleep because there was a knocking sound coming from the ceiling of room 414 all night long.I would like something to be done about the noise from the ceiling.
