We had a great stay here. This hotel has been running for over 40 years, owner is very helpful and kind. Amenities (shampoo, toothbrush and shower gel) and clean towels were given daily.Room is small, usual size but beds are comfortable. Fridge available, A/C is good.There is a drugstore right next door and Aeon that opens 24 hours nearby, lots of food options (but remember to go early or make reservations in advance!)

Firstly, you get what you pay for.This hotel is only has 2 employees, the owner and his wife.Check in and check out were extremely expeditious.No elevator.Tiny shower, but great water pressure and hot water.Aircon is strong.Next to the train station and all the restaurants in Shimoda. Free parking.Owner was hilarious.The rooms are small, but the beds are comfortable.Towels changed daily.

I wonder if the person at the front desk is the owner? He was also kind enough to recommend some izakaya restaurants. There is a refrigerator in the room, but there are no pots or cups, and there is a drugstore right next door so you can buy them there. For women, the rinse-in shampoo provided may not be suitable for them. Is there hot water for the coffee I procured? When I asked about it, I was given one for cup noodles. There is no elevator, and the hair dryer is hanging in the hallway, so I rented one. They don't have tissues, so if you ask, they will give you one. Bath towels, towels, common loungewear, and toothpaste provided. The microwave is in the hallway. If you know what to expect, you can prepare for it, and the location is good, so I think it's a good hotel to stay at while going out for fun. There are two outlets in one hole, so if you connect the refrigerator, it will be one. There might be an octopus.

There are a lot of comments, but personally I'm glad I used it. After all, Izukyu Shimoda Station is right in front of you. There was a fairly large drug store next door, and a convenience store and supermarket within walking distance, so it was very convenient. Since it is in front of the station, it can also be used as a base for sightseeing in Shimoda and Izu. The host is also very kind. Although it is a unit bath, you can enter Shimoda's hot springs from the faucet. The overall building and facilities are reminiscent of the Showa era, but I think the cost performance is quite good.

Well, it was pretty much as everyone wrote.When I opened the window, there were a lot of mosquitoes...The water in the bath is said to be a hot spring...I don't know if it's a hot spring or not.If you use it too early, it will come out lukewarm...Everyone said it gets hot when you use it.This is a unique hot spring😅Good location, 2 minutes walk from Shimoda stationPlease use it separately
