We are planning a wedding next fall.I had made a reservation to visit the chapel because I was concerned about the atmosphere of the venue, but I decided to come because I felt the love the person in charge had for the venue. The ease of access was also appealing.Thank you for your continued support until today.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful rooms, impeccable service, friendly staff and I was especially impressed with the night curtains in the room. The room was pitch dark, a perfect room to be in especially when catching up with sleep due to jet lag

Newly renovated rooms are lovely, the location is central so easy for shopping, sightseeing or business. Welcome gift in the room was lovely and appreciated .Some staff speak very good English, but are largely unhelpful compared to other Intercontinentals. Service in the lounge is abysmal, but perhaps are more focused on repeat merry English guests, we were a one off Aussie bunch. Skip and go to one of the restaurants, much better. Breakfast was good, though here also busy so my tea order was slow to arrive. The level 2 patisserie /bakery Pierre Gagnaire is excellent too.Because the club staff were so off-putting I checked out on level 2 and there the experience was much better.:) overall, it felt a bit like the Park Hyatt in the 90s, the Yokohama Pier 8 intercontinental is a better option if you're not desperate for the central location.

My stay at IHG Hotel was marred by a checkout issue and a subsequent false accusation. The room was clean and spacious, and check-in service was okay. However, upon checkout, I was billed ¥93,000+, exceeding the ¥83,700 booking price listed on the IHG app (including taxes and fees). Resolving this took over 20 minutes, causing me to miss my airport express train and subsequently, my flight. Thankfully, JAL airline rebooked me on the next flight. The final straw was an email from Duty Manager Kyosuke Saito accusing me of stealing the room's soundbar. On October 11, 2024, I called the hotel service to inquire about the missing soundbar in room 1206 and was told by the staff that this service was not available for my room class. This unacceptable experience has ended my loyalty to your network. I will not use IHG hotels in the future. Unacceptable for a 5-star hotel and worse — I never got any apologies from staff for this inconvenience.
