It's a wonderful accommodation

In the guest room, the walls were peeling in places and the carpet had many stains.I was looking forward to BBQ with my kids, but there are private houses around, so please be quiet in your room! It was a shame because there were signs posted everywhere, so I was trying to be careful while having a BBQ on my special trip.Moreover, when we stayed at a similar accommodation with a lower price, we didn't have to clean the stove, etc., but here we were asked to clean it ourselves and leave it in its original condition. We separate the garbage properly and wash the dishes ourselves and return them to their original condition. (Of course washing is a matter of course, but is it all up to the guests?)I was going to be late for check-in, so I contacted them in advance, but since I hadn't heard from anyone else, another person asked me what time the check-in would be. When I checked out, I was told that if I made a reservation from the official website, it would be 11am instead of 10am, so even though I had made a reservation from the official website, the person in charge came at 10am and I think they gave me the key without me knowing. I entered the room without permission from another entrance, and the person in charge seemed to notice that the family members were in the room, so he hurriedly left and came from the front door, telling me it was time to check out. So when I told them that check-out was at 11 o'clock, we had a lot of back-and-forth, and when the person in charge checked with the office, they said sorry and left.However, it seemed like he had been by the building for an hour and then suddenly came out from behind the building without saying a word.The family was frightened because someone would come into the room using a duplicate key from another entrance without permission.Although the price is high, they are careful about the surrounding area, there are no signs leading up to the building, and in order to get into the building, you have to go up a very steep hill that is narrow and difficult to climb in a low-height car.
