I don't want to give even one star.I would like to report this because I was treated with such malicious behavior. I can't believe that an inn is run with this kind of attitude. My friend and I arrived at the ryokan at 8pm, but there was no one at the front desk. There was a light in the back room, and I could see the old man through the glass, so I knocked. Then the old man came out and said, ``What are you doing?'' When I told him that I had made a reservation, the old man looked at me from above and questioned me in a deep tone. "What time did you guys make your reservation? Why didn't you contact me? Why did you come here now? It's already canceled!" The atmosphere got so bad that my friend came nearby and called out to me.I'm a Chinese person who grew up in Japan, so my Japanese pronunciation may not sound very foreign, but my friends are Chinese people who grew up in China. When my friend started talking to me, the old man asked me, "Are you Chinese?" He started preaching in a strong tone, saying, ``This is Japan's rule! Everyone does it!'' and I felt like he was telling us to bow our heads.Afterwards, my friend said, "I'm sorry," and bowed his head. When the old man saw us bowing, he said, ``It's special! Just this time! There won't be a next time,'' and handed us the keys.I made the payment with PayPay the next day. He kept talking and acting bossy until he left the inn.I'm a little worried about whether Rakuten is treating it as a cancellation. Have you been paid twice? When I wrote the truth in my review, I received responses that were completely untrue, such as ``customer harassment'', ``obstruction of business'', and ``I was worried because I didn't hear from you.''Did your demeanor that night seem genuinely concerned? If you're worried, wouldn't it be normal to call and check? We took the 4 hour drive from Saitama to climb the mountains of Fukushima.I couldn't even try to contact them because there was no signal. In the first place, do you cancel without permission just because you are late for check-in? Isn't it common to wait for customers to arrive or check on them over the phone?I never thought that I would lecture customers from above. It's a really bad experience.Hahaha, no matter how this old man explains himself, his attitude toward customers clearly disqualifies him from the service industry. It can also be seen as racism. Is it just a country person's choice? What can we do to give a bad impression of Fukushima? Be aware.

I don't even want to give 1 star...Insects and dust were common, and there were dried rice grains on the table in the room that I don't know how old they were...We had a private bath, but the bucket containing shampoo etc. was full of black mold, and I didn't feel like letting my kids soak in the musty smelling bath, which was really unpleasant. The owner was unfriendly and it was really a waste of money even though it wasn't very cheap.I should have paid another 3,000 yen and stayed somewhere better...I was planning on staying for 2 nights, but I couldn't stand the unsanitary conditions so I canceled for 1 night...I think they are doing well.Just a house of mold, dust, and mites. My son has allergies and wakes up many times during the night with itchy eyes.I'll never go again...The previous reviews weren't that bad, so maybe the owner has changed? ?Fukushima has been ruined.

Even though the hotel was right there, there was no railroad crossing and a lot of cars were making U-turns, so I gave up and took a detour and finally arrived. There was a dog at the doorThere seem to be various rooms. It seemed like we were the only guests staying, so we were in a special room on the first floor. There were two Western-style toilets on the first floor. The bath was filled with hot water as soon as I arrived. Please come in before it gets cold. They say it will get cold if you don't come in soon. The room had a microwave, small refrigerator, and gas stove.I'm worried about hair and dust in my room.I got a vacuum cleaner😅It snowed at night, so they removed the snow in the morning.I was on a slope where I couldn't pass each other, so I was using a 4WD without a stud, but I slipped.I've experienced many snowy roads, but I feel like I want to avoid it when there's a lot of snow.To be honest, the room wasn't too bad, and there was a TV mounted on the wall where I slept, so I was happy to have two TVs.It might have been different if I had been able to have a friendly conversation with the owner this time, but considering the customer service and the cleanliness of the rooms, I felt like I wouldn't have a second time.

I could taste the humanity of Fukushima.Although the restaurant is closed due to the coronavirus pandemic, I was given lots of vegetables and was able to cook them in the indoor kitchen.Recommended for those who want to enjoy both Mt. Bandai and Lake Inawashiro.

People with allergies to dogs, spider webs, house dust, etc. should reconsider. Otherwise, it is better to bring your medicine with you. Even though the course didn't include a meal, while we were relaxing in the room, the owner brought us seasonal vegetable tempura! I found it delicious and delicious!

It was really good. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the owner was kind, and I felt like I was relaxing at my parents' home. However, the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the changing room was a little dirty. Other than that it was wonderful!
