The location perfect and it's in a quiet neighborhood. The room was nicely situated and had full kitchen, laundry machine although there is no dryer (typical Japanese set up). 24H convenience store is near by so we got some bread, butter, jam and fresh fruits for breakfast to enjoy.Bikan-chiku does not have many breakfast places so having kitchen was very convenient and we took time in the morning before heading out.The staff was very courteous, efficient, and pleasant. The only wish item is to have the door to make the second sleeping space more private.Overall, we enjoyed the stay. Having complete privacy and own schedule was nice (as opposed to Ryokan with meal inclusive has set time of meals.)

I stayed with my husband. The room has a kitchen with wonderful furniture, accessories, tableware, and amenities, and I was surprised and impressed by everything that was prepared!I only met the staff at check-in, but I was greeted kindly with a smile! There was no clock in the room, so we had a relaxing time, and as the name of the inn suggests, we were able to doze off!I would definitely like to use it again!

I used it with 3 friends. We had a lot of stylish tableware, so we had take-out dinner, tried cafe-style dessert at night, and bought bread on a walk in the morning to enjoy the morning! ! There was hojicha, coffee, and financiers from the store ``Haremokemo'' on the first floor, as well as nice service. Before going to bed, we were all able to watch our favorite YouTube videos on a large projector, and we had a really fulfilling time with all the things we couldn't experience at home! It was a nice inn with a kitchen and enough facilities for just one day.

It was a very spacious and clean inn with an atmosphere that matched the atmosphere of the Bikan Historical Quarter. The tableware provided was stylish, so I took out the rice and ate it in my room.It also came with a projector so you could enjoy watching it on a big screen. We had a very quiet and wonderful time.

Limited to one group per day, we were able to enjoy a luxurious stay that felt like living in Kurashiki's Bikan Historical Quarter, rather than a hotel.Honmachi-dori, where the inn is located, is in a place where you can still feel the vestiges of the Edo period, with many townhouses still lined up, and I highly recommend taking a walk in the silence at night after the tourists have left! There is a kitchen in the building, and you will find everything you need. Being able to freely use tasteful tableware and pottery is something you don't get when staying at a hotel. The best thing about choosing this place was that we were able to spend a comfortable time and make everyone happy, even though we were staying in such a traditional townhouse with friends from overseas. .I would definitely recommend it to other friends.

There were a lot of stylish tableware and lighting, and I thought it would be very Instagrammable. There was also a screen, so I could watch YouTube and AbemaTV on the big screen! It was nice that it was located in the Bikan Historical Quarter, so you could take a walk and eat some food.I would love to stay there again!

I stayed with my daughter who is a high school student. We had a party to celebrate the first semester's hard work, using take-out ingredients and serving them on the tableware provided. Most of the cutlery and tableware are available, and all of them are simple and stylish. No matter where you cut out the photo, it looks like a picture. The projector was also great! My daughter and I were relaxing in bed with music playing, and we had a great time talking in a space far removed from everyday life! Outside is the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter, so you can enjoy sightseeing during the day, but the inn itself is very nice, so I was very satisfied even after returning to the inn!

First of all.. Cute Japanese garden welcomes the guests warmly.. Then the stairs to main room is made so beautiful. Best quality ceramics are showcased beautifully.. Of course some wine glasses are there as well. We can cook, made hot Tea or coffee.. Or in this summer ice tea was just great. Big roller screen in front of the twin beds was amazing! After strolling around the old town, which is a minute walking.. Bathing in 41C private bath tub was just relaxing. We were 2 only but the house can fits 6 people. Highly recommended place is Kurashiki. 15 mins walking to the station through the old alleys is not long enough..

A stylish inn with a calm atmosphere in the Bikan Historical QuarterA sophisticated space with a unified interior, tableware, and accessories. The water area was also very clean and comfortable to use. There is an inn on the second floor of the sweets shop, so it would look great if you bought some sweets there and put them on the cute plates left at the inn.I will do that next time I come again...!
