We can’t put 0 star but if we could we would have.We came with my wife and her mother, so we booked for 3 people. When we arrived : the sheet (if we could call that a sheet) and the parking were an extra charge … so we paid and went to the house.Firstly the house is really dirty. Secondly, there were 3 futons but it couldn’t fit … only 2 could fit (and we did all our best, moving table, tv etc…)So we went back to the reception and ask for a real house for 3 like we paid for !The woman at the reception was very kind. But she had to talk to her boss (actually her daughter) to describe the situation …I had to talk to the boss … an really awful lady, her conclusion : the other guest did not complain so shut up … we had to go back with the reception lady in the room so she could witness the problem.Even with the witness, the boss didn’t want to do anything … finally she agreed to move us out but we had to pay an extra charge ….The new house was the same : really dirty. We found some insect, dead caterpillars, lot of mold. It’s like no one came to the house for a long time…Not really commun to have this kind of experience in Japan but I really do not recommend this place …Oh and it was really expensive too … especially for this kind of house (25000¥ to be treated like garbage and sleep on the floor is a bit expensive)

I used it for camping.I come here often because they let me use the facilities freely. The new barbecue area was also a nice touch.

Accommodation for barbecue purposes. The location was perfect, the sea was right there, and the shower was easy to use.Everything else was terrible, the ceiling of the room was full of spider webs, there were ants walking on the tatami mats, and there was a giant spider the size of a fist. It's not very clean, but there are things you notice when checking the room, and you can see that it hasn't been properly cleaned.Although the residence is old and has been deceived, it is in disrepair in places and looks terrible.Since the price is not cheap, there will definitely be no repeat orders. I do not recommend it.You should consider other accommodations.

I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but it turned out to be great! It's true that the room was a little dirty, but since we were out camping and having a BBQ, it wasn't a problem. We enjoyed BBQ and a bonfire in a great location surrounded by nature with a view of the ocean! It was helpful to have various supplies available. I would also like to visit another Nishiizu Land Hopia!

(Good point) - When I went with my family, there were university students staying in the nearby cabin and it was making a lot of noise, so they upgraded our room for free and moved us to a quieter and larger place. …

I rented a cottage for 10 people for 58,320 yen for one night from Saturday.Sheet fees and parking fees are separate. The cottage is a two-story building with a kitchen, air conditioner, TV, microwave kettle, bath, toilet, and tableware, so you can spend your time without any inconvenience. It was well kept and clean. There was no place to eat nearby, so I drove 10 minutes away. It would be better to buy something like breakfast. The manager is often absent, which is a bit inconvenient. When we arrived, we had to wait for several minutes because we didn't know where to park.It is unclear whether there is a place to change clothes or showers after getting out of the sea.The shared professional field can be used from 6pm.Since it's not a closed room, there are bugs floating around, so it might be a good idea to have a net to catch bugs. But wouldn't it be better to understand why things are like that in nature? They also give me mosquito repellent incense, so I think they are very responsive.

One word: "unsanitary".Considering the coronavirus, I decided to book this vacation rental instead of my usual hotel.3 adults, 1 child, 2 large dogs.Checked in after 3pm in the heat of over 35 degrees.First of all, there was a strong odor of mold (?) that spread throughout the room. The space between the tatami and wooden boards has a smooth feel, reminiscent of a crowded beach house. There are spider webs in the corner of the second floor loft. The worst part was a broken air conditioner that wouldn't work at all, even though the running light was on.Within 30 minutes, the dog and child started to feel exhausted due to the sauna-like heat, so we evacuated to the car.It was so unbearable that my husband tried to negotiate with the owner over the phone, but the alternative plan was not suitable for our elderly dogs.At around 8pm, I couldn't stand the noise of a group of young people who were having a BBQ right next door, so I gave up all of my accommodation, linen and parking fees for 2 nights and 3 days and found another accommodation. .This place is not suitable for our family, who is looking for a relaxing and extraordinary feeling when traveling and staying at an accommodation. It was an expensive study.

Some people have low ratingsIt's the best accommodation if you can afford it♪Compared to the price, it's more than the priceWorth it.It only takes 20 seconds to run from the beach to your room in midsummer. You can go to your room in your swimsuit.Cars can also be parked in front of the room. You can wash your body at the inn instead of at the beach house.Place a float, etc. in the other side. There is also a shower. There is also a rock bath♪To be honest, it's cheapIt's really a vacation rentalnothing more, nothing lessHowever, the rental vacation home is very close to the sea.The car was stopped thereGo from your room to the sea in your swimsuit♪The sea is so beautiful that you can see all the way to your toes.clear sea waterAnd the blue fish and squid swimming around my feetangel fishBefore sunset, I went to my room in a bathing suit and took a bath.Let the seawater flow♪After that, buy some ingredients at a nearby supermarket. You can have a BBQYou can cook in your room with the cooler fully open.Tableware and cooking utensils are fully equipped. For those seeking hotel-like treatmentNot recommendedI don't have money but I love natureI love BBQs where I can cook food.Enjoy the summer sea with friends and familyRecommended for those people♪I have been for 3 years in a rowI'm here in the summer♪I will continue to go♪very close to the seaThere is an inn, a parking lot, a beach house, and a BBQ area.Considering the price, it's super cheap!Above all, the sea is beautiful♪Please search the sea of Dogashima♪The fish are really beautiful♪A beautiful fish in a swimsuit and gogglesYou can see a lot♪

I made a reservation for a family of 3 people, but it was too small for 3 people to stay in. The first floor is only about 3 tatami mats, and the loft is only about 3 tatami mats. There is a sofa bed on the first floor, and you can go up to the loft. The ladder is in the middle of the room, making the small room even smaller, except for three people sitting side by side on the sofa bed. There is no place to stay, and the smell of sewage fills the room, which is disgusting.I managed to get by by blocking the drain of the unit bath with duct tape. Also, both the air conditioner and TV remote controls were broken, so the air conditioner was operated as an emergency, and the TV was turned on manually. In front of me was a group of people with pictures drawn all over their bodies, and I guess the overall customer base wasn't very good either. I felt that the sea wasn't very clean to be honest, and I wouldn't want to stay here even if it was free.

This is one of the few rental villas with multiple buildings that can accommodate 10 or more people. At worst, it's more for college training camps, but it's fun to hang out with like-minded friends. …
