It's a long way from the station, but I don't think it will be a problem if you come by car. The parking lot is large enough and there is a second parking lot nearby. It's next to the railroad tracks, but it didn't bother me much because of the double-glazed windows.Breakfast is a buffet of distinctive local ochazuke and light snacks. It will be warm in the morning.

I used it on a long business trip. The building is old, and as others have pointed out, the carpet was dirty and damaged, but the room was generally clean. However, I was concerned about the noise of the refrigerator. The breakfast buffet, which uses local specialties, was very unique and interesting, and I was impressed. However, when it comes to shopping, the nearest convenience store is a 10-minute walk, which is a little inconvenient (the nearby Sugi Pharmacy closes at 10 p.m.), but there is a bicycle rental service available. It's quite a distance from the station, so it might be a bit difficult for people with large luggage.Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the area on the track side is narrow, so be careful if you have a large vehicle or are inexperienced. The Kintetsu railroad tracks run through the back, which is sure to be fun for small children.

Although it is a little dated, the room was spacious and comfortable. There are drug stores and convenience stores near the hotel, but I don't think there are many restaurants. The parking lot is large and free! Breakfast is delicious!

The room is old but clean! The shower is a bit narrow and the bathtub is difficult to get into, but it's too cheap so I don't mind at all 👍 You can get the breakfast buffet for an additional 390 yen. When I went there, they had a limited quantity of Matsusaka beef ochazuke, but I don't eat ochazuke very often, so I just had the meat. It was so delicious! There were also sausages, scrambled eggs, kinpira, salad, and even bread! 390 yen is enough.
