The staff are courteous. Also, although the inn was old, it was very clean. …

Although the guest room is from the Showa era, it is well-cleaned and there are no problems. It's nice to be able to eat dinner in your room. The food is delicious, but the portions are small. It was written that the hot springs were water-added and not heated, but they were too lukewarm. The open airIt was still better. When I arrived the next morning, it was even warmer. I think it's better to heat it up.

Considering the price you pay, I think this is a very satisfying stay. It's been a long time since I ate in my room, and I had a relaxing time. I looked out at the lush green garden from my room and was able to relax in a space that was hard to believe considering it was only 10 to 12 tatami mats. Although it didn't have an automatic lock, the room was cleaner than I expected, and I was pleased with the little touches such as preparing tea and cold water. The inn itself is compact, so it was close to the large public bath, and the view from the bath was wonderful. The amount of food was sufficient, and each item at breakfast was delicious. It's nice to splurge for twice the price, but if you get this room and service at this price, I'd definitely go again.

We are delighted to be staying at this hotel. The hot spring here is exceptional, and the dining experience has been great. Additionally, when we bought some fruits from the local market and asked to borrow a knife for fruit preparation, the hotel staff pleasantly surprised us by helping to prepare everything. This exceptional service was truly a delightful surprise.

The bath was spacious and relaxing. The hot water is gentle and your body will be warm after taking a bath.Dinner was served in the room and I was able to eat it slowly. There was so much food that I had leftovers. The room was just the right size and the view from the window was soothing (^-^)✨💗It was easy to access and was a short taxi ride from Shin-Tamana Station.I would like to use it again (o^-^o)💕It was the best trip✨✨✨✨

So far, I have used it for year-end events at work, family meals, and family overnight stays, and it's nice to have a quiet atmosphere even though it's in the middle of the city.

Visited on a family trip. It's a little difficult to get to unless you have a car, called Shin-Tamana Station, but the quantity and quality of the food was good, and the hot springs were great.
