The facilities in the guest room were decent and small, but I didn't have any complaints, but especially in the bathroom was there a previous guest? There was hair scattered all over the place, and I felt that this hotel could use a little more serious cleaning. With the last-minute discount and coupon, we were able to stay within 5,000 yen (including parking fee), so it was a good value for money, and we were able to check in late after 24:00. Please try a little harder on cleanliness.

It was nice to have a large public bath, but there were only two washing areas and the bathtub was not large. The water was too hot so I didn't feel tired. Women enter by entering a PIN code, so safety is taken into consideration.I got a double room, but it was small. The TV is so big that it doesn't match the size of the room.Laundry can be used free of charge.Parking is available at a nearby affiliated parking lot, where you can purchase a 700 yen service ticket in advance. If you have to ship the item out, you will have to pay for it yourself.

When I asked the front desk about breakfast on the morning of the check-out day, I was told that "breakfast cannot be served unless you purchase a special meal ticket by the evening of the previous day." There was no mention of that at all. Also, there is no phone in the room.Another negative point is that if you have something to do at the front desk, you have to go there in person or use your own smartphone.

What I liked:-Reasonably priced-Room had a comfortably large flatscreen Smart TV, which I could use to watch Amazon Prime (I think it also supports other typical apps like Netflix)-Pretty close to Iwaki station-They do that thing where they'll leave free waterbottles in the fridge if you let them only clean the sheets and towels-They give you all the usual suspects in terms of amenities, like a toothbrush, towels, robes, soaps, etcetera.-No fuss wifi access. What I didn't like:-Breakfast was pretty mid. You'll find the staples like wieners, buns, runny eggs, cereal and an extremely basic salad bar for "western" options and some kind of fish, rice, and miso soup for japanese food, and that's mostly it.-The onsen was small, and had some stuff floating in it. Jury's still out on whether it was skin flakes or perhaps herbs.-The rooms could do with a bit more soundproofing.Overall thoughts: If you need a place to stay and that's all you need, you can do a lot worse. If you're looking for a place to stretch your legs and enjoy your stay, this isn't really it.

I stayed in room 805 on the 8th floor. It was spacious and comfortable, and there was plenty of space at the head of the bed to store things, which was convenient. The bathhouse on the 9th floor was compact, but clean, and the shower was separated from the side, making it easy to use.The washing machine and dryer were free of charge, and even detergent was provided. The breakfast ingredients were fresh and delicious. I would like to stay here next time I come to Iwaki. It was very close to the station, and there were convenience stores and pubs nearby, so it was comfortable.

Visited in April 2024.A small, retro business hotel that feels like it's sandwiched between major business hotels, about a 5-minute walk from Iwaki Station. It's reasonably priced, so it's a decent environment.I can often hear voices in the hallway. The unit bath in the room is extremely small, which is why there is a large communal bath. It will be filled with 3-4 people, soPlease be careful about the operating hours.Breakfast is a buffet with a small number of items, similar to a meal at a training camp. Koshihikari rice is delicious. It's a satisfying way to quickly fill your stomach. To check out, just put your room key card in the mailbox at the front desk.If you're not looking for much and just want to sleep near the station, I think it's a good value for money and easy to spend.

A mysterious hotel surrounded by major hotels that can be booked directly through APA.The location is like a quiet business hotel with a retro feel. The large communal bath was very compact, with only two seats in the washing area and two people in the bathtub, so when a third person came in, we quickly left.Because the water is extremely hot in some places,Places with just the right temperature are first come first served. When getting out of the bathtub, be careful as there are handrails in places that are difficult to use!

The location is excellentThe room is not bad, but the walls are thin so you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms. When I got on the elevator, I heard a couple's voices and felt awkward.

It was the worst memory.① I can hear the sound from the next room. The opening and closing of the door can be clearly heard and it is noisy. Are the walls thin? Also, I couldn't sleep at all because I could hear the voices of men and women having fun in the next room. This is the worst.②AmenitiesAn additional face towel costs 500 yen (lol). All the hotels I've used so far have happily provided extra room for free, but here...③ Smell from the lockers in the public bathIt has a unique smell of old wood. The smell was unpleasant.④Customer serviceThe washing machine I used does not start even when I press the start button. A male staff member responded with a sigh of relief. There was no apology either.
