The food is delicious and you can enjoy all-you-can-drink alcohol. Take a breather in the open-air bath.

I was satisfied with the environment and facilities. The downside is that you can't adjust the air conditioning in your room. Also, both dinner and breakfast lacked rice accompaniments (pickles, natto, etc.), so the overall feel was Western.I will use you again if I have the opportunity.thank you very much.

I went on a family trip over the holidays that I was looking forward to.I went at a time when it was quite crowded, with many people bringing small children.I was impressed by the look on my brother's face when he made the reservation. Also, I'm giving it 3 stars because I was able to stay with my dog, but to be honest, I was hesitant to give it a 3 star because of the service. We stayed with a total of 7 people, and we have given this rating with the hope that it will improve.《Good points》meal◉We went to eat between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. It was a large venue where even large families could sit at a table, so it was nice.◉The menu doesn't change every day, so I sometimes get bored with it, but I did try my best to enjoy the buffet menu. The menu was varied and good.◉It was great to have delicious decaffeinated coffee at the drink bar.bathroom◉The amenities in the bathroom were Sekkisei, and in addition to cleansing, lotion, emulsion, and body lotion from another manufacturer, it was nice.◉Mineral water in the bathroom too◉The shower in the bathroom was so powerful that I was able to use it just the right amount.《Points of concern/points that would like to be improved》bathroom◉The open-air bath is dark at night and there is a risk of falls for the elderly and small children, so it would have been better to add handrails and lights to prevent accidents.In-house facilities and other facilities in general◉I went on a family trip with a large group, and I saw that they had some games listed on their website, so I asked if I could make reservations, and they said, ``Right now, table tennis is the only option available.'' If not, please stop posting. If it's not listed, I won't complain.◉The cleaning is not thorough, and the toilets next to the front desk are a little dirty when it's crowded, and it's very dark, so I don't feel like it's very nice. In the changing room of the bathroom, the top of the locker was also left collecting dust in the corner.◉The bed in the room was in tatters, the fabric under the feet was torn in several places, the toilet was extremely old although it had a washlet, and the bathtub was deep so it would be dangerous for the elderly to get into it.I think it would be a good idea to have a warning sticker, etc.Food & staff response◉The all-you-can-drink lounge, which is open until 11pm, is a mess and you can't drink alcohol or even hot coffee. I managed to drink only carbonated water or cold juice, but to be honest, it's not working. If you don't have enough manpower, it's better not to open the lounge itself. If this kind of service didn't exist from the beginning, I wouldn't complain at all.◉The all-you-can-eat menu remains the same, so if you're staying for 3 nights, I think it's a good idea to be aware of this.◉For breakfast, when a woman orders one extra pancake instead of the usual two, she says, "What, three pancakes?!", "Some people say one pancake is fine, but one "This is the first time I've ever been asked to ask for more!", the person in charge of grilling was extremely disgusted.Even when you put it on a plate, how do you put it on? Is it like this? I purposely spoke so that people around me could hear me.I managed to get through the situation with a bitter smile, but it was impossible. I think some people will get into a fight. . .The number of pancakes shown in the sample photo is piled high with 5 to 6 pancakes, so it is better not to show such a sample. This may have been a hassle during busy times, but in that case, why not write a note saying that each person can order up to 2 tickets? This is an all-you-can-eat option, so I don't understand why they were getting angry, and no matter how you look at it, it's a modest amount of pancakes, so such a rude response is impossible. This is a long post, but I hope it's a hotel you'll want to visit again!

An old hotel was renovated into a front lobby and dining space. The lounge has a new feel. The hallways on each floor are the same as before. The floor carpet...there is some smell. Some of the rooms have been renovated, but they are basically the same as before. It's still there. Stink bugs sometimes join the group, no matter where they come from. It's a little appealing. Regarding public baths and meals, I personallyWe also have specialized conditions, and the prices are reasonable.I'd say that's enough. However, there are many processed foods and it is not healthy.I can't say. It would have been nice to be able to enjoy the simplicity of the ingredients.I think it is positioned on a line that can be compared to Oedo Onsen.

After waiting for over 3 hours at check-in, we finally got into our room around 8pm.We waited for over an hour for dinner, and were finally able to be seated just after 10pm.When I complained to the front desk, I was given a late checkout and sweets from the shop as a gift, but this was not an acceptable response, so I will not stay there again.I think it would be a good idea for everyone to file a complaint and at least receive a souvenir before going home.

Thank you very much for your help this time.I stayed here on the first day of a 3-day holiday. I had read other people's comments, so I was worried about the wait time at check-in, but everything went smoothly and I didn't have to wait at all. I was able to enter my room at 3pm. The front desk was crowded during busy hours, but it was tolerable as you would see at any hotel. Since it was the first day of a three-day holiday, there were many overnight guests, so dinner was divided into three 90-minute shifts. We also had a quick meal without having to wait at all. All the meals were very delicious and there was a wide variety of food, so I was very satisfied.Since it's all-inclusive, we had lots of drinks from the time we checked in. beer or sparkling wine. From 9pm, we offer a wide variety of bourbon, sake, cocktails, and shochu. As mentioned in other comments, the number of seats in the lounge may be over capacity, but the staff brought chairs and everyone brought chairs from other places. I'm here. The rooms are old, so they feel old, but they are clean.Personally, I think it's a very nice hotel, so much so that it's hard to find anything to point out. If I had to say it, I would be happy if the snacks were sweets and the welcome beer beer was served in a glass instead of a paper cup.The Morohashi Art Museum and Goshikinuma are within walking distance, and you can see Mt. Bandai from your room, so the location is great.

The location is perfect for sightseeing in Urabandai, and you can get to the front of the hotel by public transportation. Outside of weekends, the prices are more reasonable than the content. Meal times are divided into three 90-minute periods, so waiting times are short. You can enjoy a relaxing stay in an environment with vivid greenery such as autumn leaves.

This was my first stay since the ownership changed. As expected from the Mercure hotel chain! This historic hotel has been renovated and has a new design. The interior of the room is a bit old, but it is well-maintained and clean. The linen was also the same as the group.Dinner and breakfast have a lot of variety, so we recommend staying for multiple nights.Garcon's movements are good, and you can notice them well! The welcome drink and nightcap were also all-inclusive, so it was the best co-spa.I never thought I could drink Jack Daniel's Black Label 😀For dinner, we had ``Aizu Homare Karakuchi'', ``Suehiro'', and ``Hanaharu'', but we recommend ``Aizu Homare Karakuchi''!This is the sake that Yumi Karahashi, a broadcaster who appears on Sunday Morning, has at her parents' home, and Aizu Homare's Junmai Ginjo sake was also available in the business lounge of a certain airline! It was a pity that ``Eigawa Sake Brewery'' was not available, but I bought it at the store and took it as a souvenir. You also collected the products from the shop with outstanding taste! As expected!

Stayed on the Friday before the three-day holiday. After reading everyone's reviews and feeling a little anxious, we checked in at exactly 3 o'clock. There's no waiting and it's smooth. The lounge was full of people who had already checked in. I moved my chair and had a cup on the edge🍻. As per the reviews, the snacks were all sweets for children, but after a few drinks I headed to my room. The room is clean and spacious 👍️Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The bathroom was clean and I would like to visit again.
