I stayed here last year with my 2 year old son.My children are not yet able to go to the public bath, and they often make loud noises at mealtimes, so a room with an open-air bath and meals in the room are an absolute must.I have stayed at various inns, but this is the inn I would most recommend. I felt that.First of all, the size of the open-air bath in the guest room is very large (depending on the room), and you can enjoy a spacious bath in a size that is difficult to find in places like Hakone in the Kanto region. The food was very delicious, there was someone in charge of my room, and I was impressed by how much he talked to my children.Traffic jams in the Kanagawa/Hakone area are severe, and although Fukushima is a long way from Saitama, you can arrive there smoothly. I highly recommend it as the price is reasonable and you can stay in a spacious room. We plan to stay again at the end of the year.

My parents like it and have used it several times in the past, and we stayed there again in August. I am satisfied with the hot springs, food, and customer service. However, I think the price range is reasonable for a high-end inn, but I'm a little disappointed because the futons seem to be old. My lower back hurts because I was wearing two old mattresses on top of the sheets, so I couldn't sleep comfortably as I was dealing with lower back pain. I would be very happy if you could install a firm mattress etc.

A ryokan with a calm atmosphere.Meals are served in your room and are served with great care. The hot springs are also wonderful. However, compared to the last time I visited, some parts are noticeably dilapidated. The room was clean, but the moving parts were worn out, the carpet looked old, and there were spider webs on the edges of the windows in the breezeway. We would like you to proceed with repairs or replacements within reason.

I stayed here for a celebration for my elderly parents.I chose Ishibashitei because it had been renovated a few years ago and ended up in a room called Semimaru. It was a very comfortable and spacious Japanese-style room where 5 people, including preschoolers, could spend a relaxing time. The person who took care of my room was very polite even though he was young. The food also looked good and was delicious. The amount of the regular course was so large that I thought it might have been better to have a smaller course.Since we have an elderly person and a preschooler, we were especially grateful for the in-room meals.I was also able to choose an outsourced celebration cake and have it brought to me after the meal. For breakfast, you could also choose 16-grain rice.I also enjoyed the matcha tea service that I received at the front desk on the way home. Now, the next point is disappointing, but even though it has been renovated, it cannot be denied that the building as a whole feels outdated. The building was poorly constructed, and the sliding door to the toilet in the room was too hard for elderly people to open, and it was so noisy that I woke up if someone entered the toilet in the middle of the night. The room is well-cleaned, but the area around the small stream of water that runs in front of the room has not been touched, so it cannot be described as wabi-sabi, and the scenery seen during the day cannot be described as beautiful. was.Just removing the dead leaves will make a difference in appearance. If you're going to call it a luxury accommodation, I think you should pay attention to that. The open-air bath that came with the room itself was nice, but when you open the door from the changing room and go outside, there is a step and there are rocks all over the place, making it dangerous for elderly people.I felt like I should have redone the footwells if I had renovated the room anyway, but I started to regret choosing this room. The room was not suitable for elderly people or people with disabilities. The worst thing was that there was no water in the washing area of the public bath. It seemed like it wasn't coming out of all the faucets. I contacted the person in charge of the inn and asked them to come and check on me, but they said they couldn't fix it on the spot. It seems that the parents wanted to go in the morning and wash their bodies, but in the end they ended up just soaking in the bathtub. What's even worse is that there was no proper explanation or apology for this. When I told the front desk that something like that had happened when I checked out, they acted like it was someone else's problem. We stay at hot spring inns near Kanto, such as Hakone, two or three times a year. The price for one person per night in this room was around 40,000 yen, but compared to other hotels with similar prices, I think there was a slight lack of maintenance in many places. My parents often go to hot spring inns around Bandai Atami Onsen and Iizaka Onsen, but unfortunately I don't think they will go to this inn again. The food is delicious and the space is quiet and spacious, so I think it would be a very comfortable place for families or groups without elderly people.

Um...Why is it that women are allowed to enter the open-air bath at the best time for 6 hours from check-in to the last time at 9pm, but men are not allowed to enter the open-air bath at the time they most want to enter, and then the next morning. Is it only for 3 hours?Aren't you making fun of men too much?Don't you think that the contempt for men is too great even though gender equality is being advocated? For the sake of the male guests who will be staying here, please don't run away and answer the questions properly.

The bath was very nice. I stayed in a room with an open-air bath. The explanation was very good and detailed, but there were some things that were missing, like not being able to notice the supplies for the blanket, or the tea tray. rice ball? I didn't realize it and it was shiny. The food also felt normal. Breakfast was disappointing as there was no refill of miso soup. The bathroom was very nice, so I would like to stay in the same room again.

It's a very calm and nice inn. There is also a hot spring bath attached to the room, and meals are served in the room, so if you don't use the public bath, you can relax in your room. The room was designed based on a Japanese-style room, and was spacious and comfortable. I would like to visit again.
