The ceramic open-air bath on the balcony was very relaxing. The large public bath with a waterfall view was wonderful, and the staff was kind and pleasant.

I stayed here with my family of 4 for the beginning of the year. The spacious room and open-air bath with snowy scenery were the best, and the children were very satisfied. I especially enjoyed the free soft serve ice cream and beer in front of the public bath. I would like to take care of you next time if I have the opportunity.

It was my first time staying at Suimei no Ma, and the Japanese-style room was calm and relaxing. The staff was wonderful and the food was delicious. I was able to bathe in the hot springs while looking at the waterfall, and it was soothing both physically and mentally.

I use it once or twice a year and am always very satisfied. My favorite is the private open-air bath on the rooftop, where you can relax while admiring the view of the waterfall. The food is very delicious, and I would like to stay here again and again.

I used it on my honeymoon. For a consecutive stay of 2 nights and 3 days,Stayed there for a month. The floor I stayed on was off limits to other guests, so it was quiet and I was able to enjoy myself without worrying about being seen!Since it's in front of a mountain, there are a lot of insects, but that's the only thing I noticed, so I'm very satisfied.(To be honest, there are paper towels in the toilet, but there was no trash can, so that was a bit inconvenient. Also, there were some peelings on the walls, but I think it's reasonable considering the hotel's rank. )Also, the food is very delicious. It was probably the head chef who served me (male). The conversation was very good and we had a meaningful time.It was really fun.Perhaps, if it wasn't for that story, I might have just said that the food was delicious...I was able to guess the 4th and 1st place in that person's personally recommended sake ranking.I’m very satisfied ( ́𖠶͈⌄𖠶͈ ̀)ᦂ lolThe people at the front desk were also very polite and easy to spend time with.I don't want to go home anymore. .
