About a 10 minute walk from Iizaka Onsen Station (gentle uphill) | It was located down a really narrow road (^-^; | The food was amazing both in the morning and evening! …

[Reposted because the review was hidden for some reason]While the couple was using a private bath, they were peeped on through a gap at the top of the wall. The response from the hotel was extremely dishonest and very unpleasant. When dealing with a person who was so scared that she was afraid to walk down the hallway,“Isn’t it a psychic phenomenon?”“The only possibility is a woman, but is that even possible?”To be honest, I doubted his nerves for being able to laugh and put on such a calm face.I'm a man, but I don't feel comfortable having strangers peek at my naked body. Regardless of gender.I spent that night in my room, nervous, and just when I thought I had gotten some sleep, I kept having dreams of an unknown woman peeking through the sliding door, and I couldn't fall back to sleep. (Although this is not a direct damage, please understand that it caused a lot of psychological damage.)I regret that I couldn't muster up the energy to get angry because both of us were exhausted and couldn't sleep at all that night. It is also unfortunate that in response to a post from a relative a few days ago, she gave a somewhat incoherent response, saying, ``It is true that I caused you an unpleasant experience, so I closed the gap in the wall.''As a party, it is important to close the gap, but I am not sure if people understand that my top priority is to respond honestly.Mr. Nakai and his colleagues were quite condescending when they said that ``the manager came to check on us in the middle of the night,'' but isn't that normal behavior in a service industry? When I left the next morning, I was shocked to hear only a few words of apology. Please don't think that just because you fix the gap in the wall, the feelings of those who suffered the damage will subside. There seems to be some misunderstanding, so I'd like to clarify.Of course, we don't want to spread any bad news or make a big deal out of it, as there is no benefit to us, but we are sorry to hear that you were peeped on and treated in a dishonest manner the next morning. These two points are undeniable facts, so I would like to record them again.Lastly, if you are thinking of visiting in the future, we strongly recommend checking this area with your own eyes and ears before making a reservation.

A huge variety of small side dishes of home-made country cuisine, mainly seasonal home-grown vegetables, wild plants, and fish! We serve original Japanese sake with a gentle taste! The structure is neat and tidy, giving you a sense of history. I wonder if it's being done in 2 generations? They were such a nice young couple! The elegant town is perfect for a walk.

I was a victim of peeping.I used the private bath (two indoor baths are next to each other and the ceilings are connected) late at night. When I casually looked up, I saw a shadow moving in the area next to the ceiling that connected to the bath, and as I was staring at it, wondering what it was, I suddenly saw a man's face. I still remember the face clearly, it was really disgusting. The police were called, but their conclusion was that it was either a psychic phenomenon or that a female customer who was using the service at the same time had peeked in. I think they wanted it to end peacefully anyway. (Although I'm not completely convinced...)The response from the hotel the next morning was extremely unpleasant. Although there was a formal apology, it seems that the police's claims were accepted wholeheartedly without listening to what we had to say.“It’s not an inn that’s full of rumors about psychic phenomena, hahahaha.”``I heard that there were two female customers... (as if to say I must have misunderstood you)''"It seems like the young master went out of his way to be at the scene in the middle of the night..."“Do you have the power to feel something like that (psychic, inspirational)?”I was deeply offended by his behavior, which I could not believe was his attitude toward those of us who were victims of voyeurism.I am acutely aware that not everyone will necessarily be on my side even in the face of such damage, and that I have no choice but to protect myself.Sorry for the long sentence.

I keep coming back because of the gorgeousness and deliciousness of the appetizers and the quality of the hot water. I stayed with my mother and friends, but I would like to stay there alone too!

This time I stayed in a special room, but I was told that the food was almost the same in a regular room, so I think it's a reasonable accommodation for that price.Recommended if you don't care about a room with an open-air bath.

Birthday and 60th birthday celebration. I used it as a gift from my husband. Unfortunately, I caught a cold and couldn't drink alcohol. I was satisfied with the meal, which consisted mainly of wild vegetables. It was served in the room so I was able to eat slowly. ♨️ will also be reserved. Everything was satisfactory.
